He asked me,“ Son of man, do you see this?” Then he led me back to the bank of the river.

He said to me,“ Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me and returned me to the bank of the river.

And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the bank of the river.

He asked me,“ Do you see this, son of man?” Then he led me back to the bank of the river.

And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen[ this]? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.

He said to me,“ Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he led me back to the bank of the river.

He said to me,“ Son of man, have you seen?” Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the bank of the river.

The Lord said to me,“ Son of man, look carefully, listen closely and give attention to everything I tell you concerning all the regulations and instructions regarding the temple of the Lord. Give attention to the entrance to the temple and all the exits of the sanctuary. (niv)

The man said to me,“ Son of man, look carefully and listen closely and pay attention to everything I am going to show you, for that is why you have been brought here. Tell the people of Israel everything you see.” (niv)

The word of the Lord came to me:“ What do you see, Jeremiah?”“ I see the branch of an almond tree,” I replied.The Lord said to me,“ You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.”The word of the Lord came to me again:“ What do you see?”“ I see a pot that is boiling,” I answered.“ It is tilting toward us from the north.” (niv)

“ Have you understood all these things?” Jesus asked.“ Yes,” they replied. (niv)
