This will be the sacred portion for the priests. It will be 25,000 cubits long on the north side, 10,000 cubits wide on the west side, 10,000 cubits wide on the east side and 25,000 cubits long on the south side. In the center of it will be the sanctuary of the Lord.

It will be the sacred share of land for the priests. It will be eight miles long on the north side. It will be three and a third miles wide on the west side. It will be three and a third miles wide on the east side. And it will be eight miles long on the south side. My temple will be in the center of it.

These shall be the allotments of the holy portion: the priests shall have an allotment measuring 25,000 cubits on the northern side, 10,000 cubits in breadth on the western side, 10,000 in breadth on the eastern side, and 25,000 in length on the southern side, with the sanctuary of the Lord in the midst of it.

For the priests there will be a strip of land measuring 8 1/3 miles long by 3 1/3 miles wide, with the Lord’s Temple at the center.

This holy donation will be set apart for the priests alone. It will be 8⅓ miles long on the northern side, 3⅓ miles wide on the western side, 3⅓ miles wide on the eastern side, and 8⅓ miles long on the southern side. The LORD’s sanctuary will be in the middle of it.

The holy allotment shall be for these, namely for the priests, toward the north twenty five thousand cubits in length, toward the west ten thousand in width, toward the east ten thousand in width, and toward the south twenty five thousand in length; and the sanctuary of the Lord shall be in its midst.

To these— to the priests— the holy district shall belong: on the north twenty-five thousand cubits in length, on the west ten thousand in width, on the east ten thousand in width, and on the south twenty-five thousand in length. The sanctuary of the Lord shall be in the center.

And for these, even for the priests, shall be the holy oblation; toward the north five and twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in length: and the sanctuary of Jehovah shall be in the midst thereof.

For these, even for the priests, shall be the holy offering: toward the north twenty- five thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in width, and toward the east ten thousand in width, and toward the south twenty- five thousand in length: and the sanctuary of Yahweh shall be in the middle of it.

“祭司必有产业，我是他们的产业。不可在以色列中给他们基业；我是他们的基业。

你们岂不知为圣事劳碌的就吃殿中的物吗？伺候祭坛的就分领坛上的物吗？主也是这样命定，叫传福音的靠着福音养生。

那时，利未人的众族长来到祭司以利亚撒和嫩的儿子约书亚，并以色列各支派的族长面前，在迦南地的示罗对他们说：“从前耶和华藉着摩西吩咐给我们城邑居住，并城邑的郊野可以牧养我们的牲畜。”于是以色列人照耶和华所吩咐的，从自己的地业中，将以下所记的城邑和城邑的郊野给了利未人。为哥辖族拈阄：利未人的祭司、亚伦的子孙，从犹大支派、西缅支派、便雅悯支派的地业中，按阄得了十三座城。哥辖其余的子孙，从以法莲支派、但支派、玛拿西半支派的地业中，按阄得了十座城。革顺的子孙，从以萨迦支派、亚设支派、拿弗他利支派、住巴珊的玛拿西半支派的地业中，按阄得了十三座城。米拉利的子孙，按着宗族，从流便支派、迦得支派、西布伦支派的地业中，按阄得了十二座城。以色列人照着耶和华藉摩西所吩咐的，将这些城邑和城邑的郊野，按阄分给利未人。从犹大支派、西缅支派的地业中，将以下所记的城给了利未支派哥辖宗族亚伦的子孙；因为给他们拈出头一阄，

行路不要带口袋；不要带两件褂子，也不要带鞋和拐杖。因为工人得饮食是应当的。

耶和华在摩押平原、约旦河边、耶利哥对面晓谕摩西说：“你吩咐以色列人，要从所得为业的地中把些城给利未人居住，也要把这城四围的郊野给利未人。这城邑要归他们居住，城邑的郊野可以牧养他们的牛羊和各样的牲畜，又可以安置他们的财物。你们给利未人的郊野，要从城根起，四围往外量一千肘。另外东量二千肘，南量二千肘，西量二千肘，北量二千肘，为边界，城在当中；这要归他们作城邑的郊野。你们给利未人的城邑，其中当有六座逃城，使误杀人的可以逃到那里。此外还要给他们四十二座城。你们要给利未人的城，共有四十八座，连城带郊野都要给他们。以色列人所得的地业从中要把些城邑给利未人；人多的就多给，人少的就少给；各支派要按所承受为业之地把城邑给利未人。”耶和华晓谕摩西说：
