They must not sell or exchange any of it. This is the best of the land and must not pass into other hands, because it is holy to the Lord.

牛群和羊群的十分之一，就是一切從牧人杖下經過的，每第十隻都是歸耶和華為聖的。人不可理會是好或是壞，也不可把牠更換；如果一定要更換，本來的與更換的，都要分別為聖，不能贖回。”

要把你豐收的五穀和初榨的新酒獻上，不可遲延；要把你頭生的兒子獻給我。

因此，從所獻的聖區要有一塊地獻給祭司，作為至聖之地。這地沿著利未人的地界。

如果所許的是可以獻給耶和華為供物的牲畜，獻給耶和華的任何牲畜，都要分別為聖。不可更換，也不可代替；無論是好的換壞的，或是壞的換好的，都不可以。如果人一定要以另一隻牲畜代替以前所許的牲畜獻上，那麼以前所許的和用來交換的，都要分別為聖。

祭司要把這些祭物與初熟祭的餅，一同作搖祭，在耶和華面前搖一搖，這些是耶和華的聖物，應歸給祭司。

人怎可搶奪神之物呢？你們卻搶奪屬我之物，竟還問：‘我們搶奪了你的甚麼呢？’就是搶奪了當納的十分之一和當獻的祭物。你們要受嚴厲的咒詛，因你們全國的人都搶奪了屬我之物。”萬軍之耶和華說：“你們要把當納的十分之一，全部送入倉庫，使我家中有糧；藉此試驗我，看我是不是為你們敞開天窗，把福氣倒給你們，直到充足有餘呢。”
