便雅悯支派按着宗族所得的城邑就是：耶利哥、伯曷拉、伊麦基悉、亚拉巴、洗玛脸、伯特利、亚文、巴拉、俄弗拉、基法阿摩尼、俄弗尼、迦巴，共十二座城，还有属城的村庄；又有基遍、拉玛、比录、米斯巴、基非拉、摩撒、利坚、伊利毗勒、他拉拉、洗拉、以利弗、耶布斯（耶布斯就是耶路撒冷）、基比亚、基列，共十四座城，还有属城的村庄。这是便雅悯人按着宗族所得的地业。

众支派按名所得之地记在下面：从北头，由希特伦往哈马口，到大马士革地界上的哈萨以难。北边靠着哈马地（各支派的地都有东西的边界），是但的一份。挨着但的地界，从东到西，是亚设的一份。挨着亚设的地界，从东到西，是拿弗他利的一份。挨着拿弗他利的地界，从东到西，是玛拿西的一份。挨着玛拿西的地界，从东到西，是以法莲的一份。挨着以法莲的地界，从东到西，是流便的一份。挨着流便的地界，从东到西，是犹大的一份。

他们从伯特利起行，离以法他还有一段路程，拉结临产甚是艰难。正在艰难的时候，收生婆对她说：“不要怕，你又要得一个儿子了。”她将近于死，灵魂要走的时候，就给她儿子起名叫便俄尼；他父亲却给他起名叫便雅悯。拉结死了，葬在以法他的路旁；以法他就是伯利恒。
