A third of your people will die of the plague or perish by famine inside you; a third will fall by the sword outside your walls; and a third I will scatter to the winds and pursue with drawn sword.

A third of your people will die of the plague inside your walls. Or they will die of hunger there. Another third will be killed by swords outside your walls. And I will scatter the last third of your people to the winds. I will chase them with a sword that is ready to strike them down.

他们问你说：‘我们往哪里去呢？’你便告诉他们：‘耶和华如此说：定为死亡的，必致死亡；定为刀杀的，必交刀杀；定为饥荒的，必遭饥荒；定为掳掠的，必被掳掠。’”

周围一切帮助他的和他所有的军队，我必分散四方，也要拔刀追赶他们。

对他们说：‘万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说：我必召我的仆人巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒来。在所藏的石头上我要安置他的宝座；他必将光华的宝帐支搭在其上。他要来攻击埃及地，定为死亡的，必致死亡；定为掳掠的，必被掳掠；定为刀杀的，必交刀杀。

住在这城里的必遭刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死；但出去归降围困你们迦勒底人的必得存活，要以自己的命为掠物。’

“主耶和华如此说：你当拍手顿足，说：哀哉！以色列家行这一切可憎的恶事，他们必倒在刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫之下。在远处的，必遭瘟疫而死；在近处的，必倒在刀剑之下；那存留被围困的，必因饥荒而死；我必这样在他们身上成就我怒中所定的。

在你中间父亲要吃儿子，儿子要吃父亲。我必向你施行审判，我必将你所剩下的分散四方。”

我向他们留意降祸不降福；在埃及地的一切犹大人必因刀剑、饥荒所灭，直到灭尽。

在那些国中，你必不得安逸，也不得落脚之地；耶和华却使你在那里心中跳动，眼目失明，精神消耗。

我要把他们散在列邦中，就是他们和他们列祖素不认识的列邦。我也要使刀剑追杀他们，直到将他们灭尽。”

虽被仇敌掳去，我必命刀剑杀戮他们；我必向他们定住眼目，降祸不降福。”

又要使饥荒和恶兽到你那里，叫你丧子，瘟疫和流血的事也必盛行在你那里；我也要使刀剑临到你。这是我耶和华说的。”

现在你们要确实地知道，你们在所要去寄居之地必遭刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死。”

我必以旋风吹散他们到素不认识的万国中。这样，他们的地就荒凉，甚至无人来往经过，因为他们使美好之地荒凉了。”

“你们分散在各国的时候，我必在列邦中使你们有剩下脱离刀剑的人。

万军之耶和华说：“刀剑哪，应当兴起，攻击我的牧人和我的同伴。击打牧人，羊就分散；我必反手加在微小者的身上。”耶和华说：“这全地的人，三分之二必剪除而死，三分之一仍必存留。我要使这三分之一经火，熬炼他们，如熬炼银子；试炼他们，如试炼金子。他们必求告我的名，我必应允他们。我要说：‘这是我的子民。’他们也要说：‘耶和华是我们的神。’”

我要把你们散在列邦中；我也要拔刀追赶你们。你们的地要成为荒场；你们的城邑要变为荒凉。

你们所惧怕的刀剑在埃及地必追上你们！你们所惧怕的饥荒在埃及要紧紧地跟随你们！你们必死在那里！凡定意要进入埃及在那里寄居的必遭刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死，无一人存留，逃脱我所降与他们的灾祸。’
