“ This is what Cyrus king of Persia says:“‘ The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and he has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah.

“ Cyrus, the king of Persia, says,“‘ The Lord is the God of heaven. He has given me all the kingdoms on earth. He has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah.

“ Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and he has charged me to build him a house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

“ This is what King Cyrus of Persia says:“ The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth. He has appointed me to build him a Temple at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

This is what King Cyrus of Persia says:“ The LORD, the God of the heavens, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and has appointed me to build him a house at Jerusalem in Judah.

“ This is what Cyrus king of Persia says:‘ The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and He has appointed me to rebuild for Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth the Lord God of heaven has given me. And He has commanded me to build Him a house at Jerusalem which is in Judah.

Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath Jehovah, the God of heaven, given me; and he hath charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

我造大地，又创造人在地上。我亲手铺张诸天，天上万象也是我所任命的。我凭公义兴起居鲁士，又要修直他一切的道路。他必建造我的城，释放我被掳的民，不为工价，也不为奖赏。”这是万军之耶和华说的。

却使我仆人的话站得住，成就我使者的筹算。我论耶路撒冷说：‘必有人居住’；论犹大的城镇说：‘必被建造，我必重建其中的废墟。’我对深渊说：‘干了吧！我要使你的江河干涸’；论居鲁士说：‘他是我的牧人，他要成就我所喜悦的，下令建造耶路撒冷，发命令立稳圣殿的根基。’”耶和华对所膏的居鲁士如此说，他的右手我曾搀扶，使列国降服在他面前，列王的腰带我曾松开，使城门在他面前敞开，不得关闭：

现在我将全地都交在我仆人巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒手中，也把野地的走兽给他使用。列国都要服事他和他的子孙，直到他本国遭报的日期来到；那时，许多国家和大君王要使他作奴隶。

耶和华如此说：“天是我的座位；地是我的脚凳。你们能为我造怎样的殿宇呢？哪里是我安歇的地方呢？

因神所赐给他的大权，各方、各国、各族的人都在他面前恐惧战兢，因他要杀就杀，要人活就活，要升就升，要降就降。但他的心高傲，灵也刚愎，以致行事狂傲，就被革去国度的王位，夺走荣耀。他被赶出离开世人，他的心变为兽心，与野驴同住，吃草如牛，身体被天上的露水滴湿，直到他知道，至高的神在人的国中掌权，凭自己的旨意立人治国。

“神果真住在地上吗？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足容纳你，何况我所建的这殿呢？

又说：“创造天和地的耶和华—以色列的神是应当称颂的！他赐给大卫王一个有智慧的儿子，使他有见识，有聪明，可以为耶和华建造殿宇，又为自己的王国建造宫殿。

你，王啊，你是诸王之王。天上的神已将国度、权势、能力、尊荣都赐给你。世人和走兽，并天空的飞鸟，不论居住何处，他都交在你的手中，令你掌管这一切。你就是那金的头。

你必被赶出离开世人，与野地的走兽同住，吃草如牛，且要经过七个时期；等你知道至高者在人的国中掌权，要将国赐给谁就赐给谁。”

你们要对他们这样说：“那些不是创造天地的神明，必从地上、从天下被除灭！”

他改变时间、季节，他废王，立王；将智慧赐给智慧人，将知识赐给聪明人。

竟向天上的主自高，差人将他殿中的器皿拿到你面前，你和大臣、王后、妃嫔用这器皿饮酒。你又赞美那不能看、不能听、无知无识，用金、银、铜、铁、木、石造的神明，没有将荣耀归与那手中掌管你气息，管理你一切行动的神。

你必被赶出离开世人，与野地的走兽同住，吃草如牛，让天上的露水滴湿，且要经过七个时期，直等到你知道至高者在人的国中掌权，要将国赐给谁就赐给谁。

只有那在天上的神能显明奥秘。他已把日后将要发生的事指示尼布甲尼撒王。你在床上做的梦和你脑中的异象是这样：
