或君或民、欲廢斯命、毀此耶路撒冷上帝之室、即彼寄名之所、願上帝傾覆之、我大利烏降此詔旨、速行勿緩、○

昔上帝簡是殿、為籲厥名之所、或君或民、欲廢斯命、毀耶路撒冷之殿、願上帝加以翦滅、我降是詔、速行勿緩。

昔天主使其名在耶路撒冷之殿、若有王或民、欲易斯詔、毀斯殿、願天主殲滅之、我大利烏降斯諭、當速行勿緩、○

May God, who has caused his Name to dwell there, overthrow any king or people who lifts a hand to change this decree or to destroy this temple in Jerusalem. I Darius have decreed it. Let it be carried out with diligence.

God has chosen to put his Name in the temple at Jerusalem. May he wipe out any king or nation that lifts a hand to change this order. May he also wipe out anyone who tries to destroy the temple in Jerusalem. That’s what I have ordered. I am King Darius. Make sure you carry out my order.

May the God who has caused his name to dwell there overthrow any king or people who shall put out a hand to alter this, or to destroy this house of God that is in Jerusalem. I Darius make a decree; let it be done with all diligence.”

May the God who has chosen the city of Jerusalem as the place to honor his name destroy any king or nation that violates this command and destroys this Temple.“ I, Darius, have issued this decree. Let it be obeyed with all diligence.”

May the God who caused his name to dwell there overthrow any king or people who dares to harm or interfere with this house of God in Jerusalem. I, Darius, have issued the decree. Let it be carried out diligently.

May the God who has caused His name to dwell there overthrow any king or people who attempts to change it, so as to destroy that house of God in Jerusalem. I, Darius, have issued this decree; it is to be carried out with all diligence!”

And may the God who causes His name to dwell there destroy any king or people who put their hand to alter it, or to destroy this house of God which is in Jerusalem. I Darius issue a decree; let it be done diligently.

And the God that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter[ and] to destroy this house of God which[ is] at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.

May God who makes his name to reside there overthrow any king or nation who reaches out to cause such change so as to destroy this temple of God in Jerusalem. I, Darius, have given orders. Let them be carried out with precision!”

May the God who has caused his name to dwell there overthrow all kings and peoples who stretch out their hand to alter this, to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree. Let it be done with all diligence.

永恆主對他說：『你的禱告、你在我面前所懇求的、我都聽見了；我已將你建的這殿分別為聖，使我的名永遠在這裏；我的眼我的心也必日日不斷地在這裏。

不，永恆主你們的上帝從你們眾族派中選擇了甚麼地方做立他名的所在，你們就要到那地方、訪問他的居所；

那時你們就必須有一個地方、是永恆主你們的上帝所選擇、做他名之居所的地方；你們要將我所吩咐你們獻的：燔祭、和別的祭物、十分之一獻物、和手奉的提獻物、以及一切最好的還願祭、就是你們所許願獻與永恆主的、都帶到那地方。

你只要給我造土壇，在上面祭獻你的燔祭和平安祭、你的羊和牛；凡我使人記念我名的各地方，我都要到你那裏賜福與你。

毁滅者巴比倫國啊，照你所待我們的去報復你的、那人有福啊！抓住你的嬰孩去摔在磐石上的、那人有福啊！

你要在永恆主所要選擇做他名之居所的地方、將羊和牛做逾越祭牲、宰獻與永恆主你的上帝。

（因為那不事奉你的任一邦、任一國、都必滅亡；那些邦國必全然荒廢。）

凡你的手見得可作的事、你總要盡力去作；因為在你所要去的陰間、那裏沒有工作，沒有設計，沒有知識，也沒有智慧。

上帝啊，定他們為有罪；願他們由自己的計謀而敗倒；願你因他們的許多過犯而驅逐他們；因為他們悖逆了你。

詔書本子寫成了勅令，頒到各省，向各族之民披露，叫他們準備好了、等候那一天。跑文書的人領着王命急急忙忙地出發，勅令在書珊宮堡裏頒布出去。王和哈曼坐下來喝酒；書珊城卻慌慌亂亂。

因為永恆主揀選了錫安，願意它做自己的幕所：他說：『這是我永永遠遠的安居所；我要在這裏坐着為王，因為我中意它。

現在我選擇了這殿，分別為聖，使我的名長在這裏到永遠；我的眼我的心必日日不斷在這裏。

因你對兄弟雅各所行的強暴、羞愧必籠罩着你，你也必永遠被剪除。

『看吧，我必使耶路撒冷向四圍列族之民成為令人醉得天旋地轉的酒杯；當人圍困耶路撒冷時，猶大必被圍護。當那日、我必使耶路撒冷向萬族之民成為一塊沉重的石頭；凡扛起它的必受重傷。地上列國卻要聚集攏來攻擊它。永恆主發神諭說：當那日、我必擊打一切馬匹，使牠們恐慌，擊打其騎兵、使他們瘋狂；但對猶大家、我卻要刮目相待，而對萬族之民的一切馬匹、我卻要擊打、使牠們眼瞎。

跑文書的人騎着國事用的快馬，迫於王命，急急忙忙地出發；勅令也在書珊宮堡裏頒布出去。

你的手必搜出你一切仇敵，你右手必痛擊恨你的人。你現出怒臉時，就使他們如炎熱的火爐；永恆主必用他的義怒吞滅他們；那火必把他們燒盡。你必從地上滅絕他們腹中的果子，從人類中滅絕他們的後裔。

於是大河以西那邊的巡撫達乃、和示他波斯乃、跟他們的同僚、因大利烏王所發的令、就徹底地遵行。

天上的眾軍、穿着細麻衣、白而潔淨，騎着白馬跟着他。有一把利劍從他口中吐出，用了這個、可以擊打列國；他必用鐵杖管轄他們；他踹着全能者上帝震怒報應之酒醡。他有名字在他衣裳和大腿上寫着說：「萬王之王，萬主之主」。我看見有一位天使站在日頭中、向天頂點上一切飛着的鳥大聲喊着說：『你們來，聚集來赴上帝的大筵席，好喫君王的肉、千夫長的肉、壯士的肉、馬和騎馬者的肉、自主的為奴的、小的大的、眾人的肉。』我看見那獸和地上的君王跟他們的眾軍、都聚集了來、要對那騎馬的和他的軍隊作戰。那獸被逮，那假神言人、就是那在獸面前行過神迹、用神迹迷惑了受獸印記和拜獸像的人的、也和獸一同被逮；這兩個活活地丟在那有硫磺燒着的火湖裏。其餘的被騎馬者口中吐出的劍殺了；眾鳥都喫飽了他們的肉。

就是如今、我也告訴你們，避開這些人，任憑他們吧。因為這個計謀、這個作為、若是出於人，自會覆滅；若是出於上帝，你們就不能覆滅他們，恐怕倒要見為攻擊上帝了！』

他說：『先生，你是誰？』主說：『我就是你所逼迫的耶穌；
