For seven days they celebrated with joy the Festival of Unleavened Bread, because the Lord had filled them with joy by changing the attitude of the king of Assyria so that he assisted them in the work on the house of God, the God of Israel.

For seven days they celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread with joy. That’s because the Lord had filled them with joy. They were glad because he had changed the mind of the king of Persia. So the king had helped them with the work on the house of the God of Israel.

And they kept the Feast of Unleavened Bread seven days with joy, for the Lord had made them joyful and had turned the heart of the king of Assyria to them, so that he aided them in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.

Then they celebrated the Festival of Unleavened Bread for seven days. There was great joy throughout the land because the Lord had caused the king of Assyria to be favorable to them, so that he helped them to rebuild the Temple of God, the God of Israel.

They observed the Festival of Unleavened Bread for seven days with joy, because the LORD had made them joyful, having changed the Assyrian king’s attitude toward them, so that he supported them in the work on the house of the God of Israel.

『所以現在呢、大河以西那邊的巡撫達乃、和示他波斯乃、跟你們的同僚、就是大河以西那邊的都察，你們都要遠離那裏；讓上帝殿的工程進行無阻；任憑猶大人巡撫和猶大人的長老在原處將上帝這殿建造起來；我又下了諭旨論到你們向這些猶大人的長老為建造上帝這殿應當怎樣行：就是從王的資產中、大河以西那邊的貢物中、將經費充分地撥給這些人，免得工作停頓。他們向天上的上帝獻燔祭所需用的公牛犢、公綿羊、綿羊羔、和麥子、鹽、酒、油、都要按在耶路撒冷的祭司的話天天供給他們，不可懈怠；好叫他們供獻悅神之祭給天上的上帝，又為王和王眾子的性命而切求。我下了諭旨：無論甚麼人更改這詔諭的，人必從他的房屋中拔出一根梁木，把他舉起來，用橛子將他刺住在那上頭；又使他的房屋因此成為糞堆。任何王或任何族之民伸手更改這詔諭或毁壞在耶路撒冷這上帝之殿的，願那使他的名居住在那裏的上帝使這等王或人民顛覆敗亡。我大利烏下了這諭旨；人應當徹底地遵行。』

你要喫無酵餅七天；第七天、舉行向永恆主守的節。這七天之中、要喫無酵餅；在你四境內、不可見有發過酵之物在你那裏，也不可見有酵在你那裏。

你們要喫無酵餅七天；頭一天、就要把酵從你們家中除去；因為從頭一天到第七天、凡喫有酵之物的、那人必須從以色列中被剪除。頭一天你們要有聖聚會，第七天也要有聖聚會；這兩天之內、除了各人所必須喫的、你們所可豫備的以外，一切的工作都不可作。你們要守無酵餅的節，因為正當這一日、我把你們的軍隊從埃及地領出來；所以你們要守這一日，世世代代，作為永遠的條例。正月十四日晚上、到二十一日晚上你們要喫無酵餅。七天之內你們家中不可有酵；因為凡喫有酵之物的、無論是寄居的、是本地人，那人總必須從以色列的會眾中被剪除。一切有酵之物、你們都不可喫；在你們一切的住所、你們都要喫無酵餅。』

我必將他們從埃及地再領回，將他們從亞述招集攏來，領到基列地和利巴嫩，直到不足以容他們。他們必經過埃及海；海中波浪必被擊打，尼羅河深處都必乾涸。亞述的狂傲必被抑制，埃及權柄之杖也必消逝。

除酵節的頭一天，門徒上耶穌跟前來說：『你願意我們在哪裏給你豫備喫逾越節的筵席呢？』

人所行的若蒙永恆主所喜悅，永恆主也使他的仇敵跟他和好。

耶穌回答說：『若不是從上頭給了你，你就毫無權柄辦我；故此那把我送交給你的、犯了更大的罪。』

當約西亞在位的日子、埃及王法老尼哥上到伯拉河亞述王那裏；約西亞王去和他接戰；埃及王在米吉多看見約西亞，就把他殺死。

因此永恆主使亞述王的將軍來攻擊他們，用鐃鈎鈎住瑪拿西，用銅鍊鎖着他，將他帶到巴比倫去。
