这些事完成以后，众领袖来接近我，说：“以色列百姓、祭司和利未人没有弃绝迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人和亚摩利人等列邦民族所行可憎的事。

这事做完了，众首领来见我，说：“以色列民和祭司并利未人，没有离绝迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人、亚摩利人，仍效法这些国的民，行可憎的事。

这些事完成以后，众领袖来接近我，说：“以色列百姓、祭司和利未人没有弃绝迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人和亚摩利人等列邦民族所行可憎的事。

这些事以后，众首领来告诉我说：“以色列民众、祭司和利未人还没有与当地各族分开，他们仍随从迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人和亚摩利人的可憎行为。

“完成这些事以后，众领袖前来见我，说：‘以色列民、祭司和利未人没有从当地的民族中分别出来，他们随从迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人和亚摩利人行可憎的事。

這事做完了，眾首領來見我，說：「以色列民和祭司並利未人，沒有離絕迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人、亞摩利人，仍效法這些國的民，行可憎的事。

這些事完成以後，眾領袖來接近我，說：「以色列百姓、祭司和利未人沒有棄絕迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人和亞摩利人等列邦民族所行可憎的事。

這些事作完了，眾首領前來見我，說：『以色列民和祭司跟利未人並沒有從四圍各地別族之民中分別出來，反而仿照他們可憎惡的事去行，像迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人、亞摩利人所行的。

斯事既畢、諸牧伯就我曰、以色列眾、及祭司利未人、未與斯土之民絕交、效迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人、亞摩利人、行其可憎之事、

嗣後民長就我曰、斯土之民、迦南人、赫人、比哩洗人、耶布士人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人、亞摩哩人、俱作不善、以色列族眾、祭司、及利未人、與居與處、則清濁不判。

斯後、諸牧伯就我曰、以色列民、祭司、及利未人、不絕離斯土之異族、行迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、伊及人、亞摩利人所行可憎之事、

After these things had been done, the leaders came to me and said,“ The people of Israel, including the priests and the Levites, have not kept themselves separate from the neighboring peoples with their detestable practices, like those of the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians and Amorites.

After all these things had been done, the leaders came to me. They said,“ The people of Israel have committed sins. Even the priests and Levites have sinned. They haven’t kept themselves separate from the nations around them. The Lord hates the practices of those nations. He hates what the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites and Jebusites do. He also hates what the Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians and Amorites do.

After these things had been done, the officials approached me and said,“ The people of Israel and the priests and the Levites have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands with their abominations, from the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

When these things had been done, the Jewish leaders came to me and said,“ Many of the people of Israel, and even some of the priests and Levites, have not kept themselves separate from the other peoples living in the land. They have taken up the detestable practices of the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians, and Amorites.

After these things had been done, the leaders approached me and said,“ The people of Israel, the priests, and the Levites have not separated themselves from the surrounding peoples whose detestable practices are like those of the Canaanites, Hethites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians, and Amorites.

Now when these things had been completed, the officials approached me, saying,“ The people of Israel and the priests and the Levites have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, as to their abominations, those of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

When these things were done, the leaders came to me, saying,“ The people of Israel and the priests and the Levites have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, with respect to the abominations of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

Now when these things were done, the princes drew near unto me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

After these things had been done, the leaders approached me and said:“ The people of Israel, the priests, and the Levites have not separated themselves from the surrounding peoples whose detestable practices are like those of the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians, and Amorites.

Now when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the people of the lands,[ doing] according to their abominations,[ even] of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

Now when these things had been completed, the leaders approached me and said,“ The people of Israel, the priests, and the Levites have not separated themselves from the local residents who practice detestable things similar to those of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

Now when these things were done, the princes came near to me, saying,“ The people of Israel, the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, following their abominations, even those of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

以色列的后裔与所有的外邦人分别出来，站着承认自己的罪和祖先的罪孽。

“在这一切的事上，你们都不可玷污自己，因为我在你们面前所逐出的列国，在这一切的事上玷污了自己。连地也玷污了，我惩罚那地的罪孽，地就吐出它的居民来。但你们要遵守我的律例典章。这一切可憎恶的事，无论是本地人或寄居在你们中间的外人，都不可以做。在你们之前居住那地的人做了这一切可憎恶的事，地就玷污了。不要让地因你们玷污了它而把你们吐出来，像吐出在你们之前的国一样。无论是谁，若做了这其中一件可憎恶的事，必从百姓中剪除。你们要遵守我的吩咐，免得你们随从那些可憎的习俗，就是在你们之前的人所做的，玷污了自己。我是耶和华—你们的神。”

现在，人如何得知我和你的百姓在你眼前蒙恩呢？岂不是因为你与我们同去，使我和你的百姓与地面上的万民有分别吗？”

那时你要谨慎，在他们从你面前被除灭之后，你不可受引诱随从他们，也不可求问他们的神明，说：‘这些国家怎样事奉他们的神明，我也要照样做。’你不可向耶和华—你的神这样做，因为他们向他们的神明做了耶和华所憎恨、所厌恶的一切事，甚至将自己的儿女用火焚烧，献给他们的神明。

亚扪人多比雅在一旁说：“他们所修造的石墙，就是狐狸上去也必崩裂。”

你要照耶和华—你神所吩咐的，将这些赫人、亚摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人全都灭绝，免得他们教导你们去行一切可憎恶的事，就是他们向自己神明所行的，使你们得罪耶和华—你们的神。

从被掳之地归回的以色列人，并所有归附他们、除掉这地外邦人的污秽、寻求耶和华—以色列神的人，都吃这羔羊。他们欢欢喜喜地守除酵节七日，因为耶和华使他们欢喜。耶和华又使亚述王的心转向他们，坚固他们的手，去做神—以色列神殿的工。

就是基尼人、基尼洗人、甲摩尼人、赫人、比利洗人、利乏音人、亚摩利人、迦南人、革迦撒人、耶布斯人的地。”

离开吧！离开吧！你们要从巴比伦出来。你们扛抬耶和华器皿的人哪，不要沾染不洁净之物，离去时务要保持洁净。

我从磐石的巅峰看到他，我从山丘望见他。看哪，这是独居的民，不算在列国中。

“亚扪人或摩押人不可入耶和华的会；甚至到第十代，也永不可入耶和华的会。因为你们出埃及的时候，他们没有拿食物和水在路上迎接你们，并且雇了美索不达米亚的毗夺人，比珥的儿子巴兰来诅咒你。然而耶和华—你的神不愿听巴兰，耶和华—你的神为你使诅咒变为祝福，因为耶和华—你的神爱你。

凡不遵照领袖和长老所议定，三日之内不来的，就必毁坏他所有的财产，把他从被掳归回之人的会中开除。

在那日，百姓听到人朗读摩西的律法书，发现书上写着，亚扪人和摩押人永不可入神的会；因为他们没有拿食物和水来迎接以色列人，却雇了巴兰诅咒他们，但我们的神使那诅咒变为祝福。以色列人听见这律法，就与所有不同族群的人分别出来。

以色列人住在什亭，百姓开始与摩押女子行淫。这些女子请百姓一同为她们的神明献祭，百姓吃了祭物，跪拜她们的神明。以色列与巴力‧毗珥联合，耶和华的怒气就向以色列发作。

以斯拉祭司站起来，对他们说：“你们有罪了，因为你们娶了外邦女子，增添以色列的罪恶。现在当向耶和华—你们列祖的神认罪，遵行他的旨意，离开这地的百姓和外邦女子。”

犹大的官长们听见这些事，就从王宫上到耶和华的殿，坐在耶和华殿新门的入口。

参巴拉、多比雅、阿拉伯人、亚扪人和亚实突人听见耶路撒冷城墙正在修造，破裂的地方开始进行修补，就非常愤怒。

“你到了耶和华—你神所赐你之地，不可学那些国家行可憎恶的事。

你们不可做你们从前住埃及地的人所做的，也不可做我要领你们去的迦南地的人所做的。你们不可照他们的习俗行。

你们不要和不信的人同负一轭。义和不义有什么相关？光明和黑暗有什么相连？基督和彼列有什么相和？信主的和不信主的有什么相干？神的殿和偶像有什么相同？因为我们是永生神的殿，就如神曾说：“我要在他们中间居住来往；我要作他们的神，他们要作我的子民。”所以主说：“你们务要从他们中间出来，跟他们分别；不要沾不洁净的东西，我就收纳你们。我要作你们的父，你们要作我的儿女。这是全能的主说的。”

将来耶和华领你进迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、希未人、耶布斯人之地，就是他向你祖宗起誓应许给你的那流奶与蜜之地，那时你要在这一个月守这礼仪。

“我的使者要走在你前面，领你到亚摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、迦南人、希未人、耶布斯人那里，我必将他们除灭。

所罗门王在法老的女儿之外，又宠爱许多外邦女子，就是摩押女子、亚扪女子、以东女子、西顿女子、赫人女子。

到了第四代，他们必回到这里，因为亚摩利人的罪恶到现在还没有满盈。”

官长和众百姓对祭司和先知说：“这人是不该死的，因为他奉耶和华—我们神的名向我们说话。”

所罗门随从西顿人的女神亚斯她录和亚扪人可憎的米勒公。所罗门行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，不像他父亲大卫专心顺从耶和华。那时，所罗门为摩押可憎的基抹和亚扪人可憎的摩洛，在耶路撒冷对面的山上建造丘坛。

但是你，你既自称为犹太人，倚靠律法，以神夸口，知道神的旨意，从律法受了教导而能分辨是非；你既深信自己是给盲人领路的，是在黑暗中人的光，是无知的人的师傅，是小孩子的老师，体现了律法中的知识和真理；那么，你这教导别人的，还不教导自己吗？你这宣讲不可偷窃的，自己还偷窃吗？你这说不可奸淫的，自己还奸淫吗？你这厌恶偶像的，自己还抢劫庙中之物吗？你这以律法夸口的，自己倒违犯律法，羞辱神！神的名在外邦人中因你们受了亵渎，正如经上所记的。你若遵行律法，割礼固然于你有益；若违犯律法，你的割礼就算不得割礼。

反倒与列国相交，学习他们的行为，

他行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，效法耶和华在以色列人面前赶出的列国那些可憎的事。
