祝之曰、生育眾多、充牣於海、禽鳥繁衍於地。

God blessed them and said,“ Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”

主錫純嘏、俾生齒繁衍、六畜眾多兮。

嗣後耶和華錫嘏於約百、福祉較昔尤盛、獲羊一萬四千、駝六千、牛一千耦、牝驢一千、

我造人之時、亦造巨獸、食草若牛、

上帝錫嘏挪亞及其子、曰、生育眾多、昌熾於地、

妻處閨房、如葡萄之結果、子繞几席、如橄欖之滿園兮。

我將眷顧爾曹、與爾立約、使爾繁衍昌熾。

使我倉箱、五穀豐盈、使我群羊、生育眾多、或千或萬、在郊在野兮、使我牛孳息、我之疆址、敵不能侵、街衢不復喧譁兮。

耶和華福之富之、不使懷憂。

耶和華無不善、著厥經綸、普救民人、願人讚美之兮、

拉班曰、我知耶和華緣爾錫嘏於我、若得蒙爾恩、與我偕居、

當我之未至也、所有鮮少、迨我既至、耶和華錫嘏於爾、滋育繁多、然我欲成家、將至何時乎。

又曰、我乃全能之上帝、使爾生育眾多、以成群族、列王皆由爾出。
