God blessed them, saying,“ Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”

God blessed them and said,“ Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”

So Yahweh blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand female donkeys.

“ See now, behemoth, which I made as well as you. He eats grass as an ox.

God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them,“ Be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth.

Your wife will be as a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of your house, your children like olive plants around your table.

“‘ I will have respect for you, make you fruitful, multiply you, and will establish my covenant with you.

Our barns are full, filled with all kinds of provision. Our sheep produce thousands and ten thousands in our fields.Our oxen will pull heavy loads. There is no breaking in, and no going away, and no outcry in our streets.

Yahweh’s blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it.

Let them praise Yahweh for his loving kindness, for his wonderful deeds for the children of men!

Laban said to him,“ If now I have found favor in your eyes, stay here, for I have divined that Yahweh has blessed me for your sake.”

For it was little which you had before I came, and it has increased to a multitude. Yahweh has blessed you wherever I turned. Now when will I provide for my own house also?”

God said to him,“ I am God Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply. A nation and a company of nations will be from you, and kings will come out of your body.
