Then God said,“ Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

穿上了新人。这新人照着他的创造者的形象渐渐更新，能够充分认识主。

并且穿上新人。这新人是照着神的形象，在公义和真实的圣洁里创造的。

耶和华神说：“那人和我们中间的一个相似，能知善恶；现在恐怕他伸出手来，摘取生命树上的果子吃，就永远活着。”

啊！人算什么，你竟记念他？世人算什么，你竟眷顾他？你使他比天使（“天使”或译：“神”）低微一点，却赐给他荣耀尊贵作冠冕。你叫他管理你手所造的，把万物都放在他的脚下，就是所有的牛羊、田间的走兽、空中的飞鸟、海里的鱼，和海里游行的水族。

我们众人脸上的帕子既然已经揭开，反映主的荣光（“反映主的荣光”或译：“对着镜子看见主的荣光”），就变成主那样的形象，大有荣光。这是主所作成的，他就是那灵。

要知道耶和华是神；他创造了我们，我们是属他的（“我们是属他的”有古抄本作“不是我们自己”）；我们是他的子民，也是他草场上的羊。

我们用它来称颂我们的主和天父，又用它来咒诅照神的形象被造的人。

以下是亚当后代的记录。神创造人的时候，是按着自己的样式造的；

地上各样的走兽，空中各样的飞鸟，甚至地上各样爬行的动物，和海里各样的鱼类，都要对你们惊恐惧怕；这一切都已经交在你们手里了。所有活着的动物都可以作你们的食物，我把这一切都赐给你们，好像我把青菜赐给了你们一样。唯独带着生命的肉，就是带着血的肉，你们却不可吃。

这爱子是那看不见的神的形象，是首先的，在一切被造的之上。

耶和华啊！现在你还是我们的父；我们不过是泥土，你才是陶匠；我们众人都是你手所作的。

男人不应蒙着头，因为他是神的形象和荣耀，而女人是男人的荣耀。

但是有人在圣经上某一处证实说：“人算什么，你竟记念他？世人算什么，你竟眷顾他？你使他暂时成了比天使卑微（“暂时成了比天使卑微”或译：“比天使稍低微一点”），却赐给他荣耀尊贵作冠冕，（有些古卷在此有“并立他统管你手所造的一切”一句）使万物都服在他的脚下。”既然万有都服了他，就没有剩下一样不服他的了。但是现在我们还没有看见万有都服他。不过，我们看见那位暂时成了比天使卑微（“暂时成了比天使卑微”或译：“比天使稍低微一点”）的耶稣，因为受了死的痛苦，就得了荣耀尊贵作冠冕，好叫他因着神的恩典，为万人尝了死味。

这些不信的人被这世代的神弄瞎了他们的心眼，使他们看不见基督荣耀的福音的光；基督就是神的形象。

流人血的，人也必流他的血；因为神造人，是按着他自己的形象。

我所明白的，只有这件事：神造人原是正直的，他们却找出许多巧计。”

耶稣回答：“人若爱我，就要遵守我的话，我父必定爱他，并且我们要到他那里去，跟他住在一起。

愿以色列因造他的主欢喜，愿锡安的居民因他们的王快乐。

因着他我们可以生存、活动、存在，就如你们有些诗人说：‘原来我们也是他的子孙。’我们既然是神的子孙，就不应该以为他的神性是好像人用手艺、心思所雕刻的金银石头一样。

你安设黑暗，有了晚上，林中的百兽就都爬出来。少壮狮子吼叫觅食，要寻求从神而来的食物。太阳升起的时候，它们就躲避，回到自己的洞穴躺卧。人出去作工，劳碌直到晚上。耶和华啊！你所造的真是众多。它们都是你用智慧造成的；全地充满你所造的东西。

各类飞禽、走兽、昆虫、水族，都可以驯服，而且都已经被人类制伏了；

他从一个本源造出了万族来，使他们住在整个大地上，并且定了他们的期限和居住的疆界，

来，我们下去，在那里混乱他们的语言，使他们听不懂对方的话。”

现在我已经亲自把这一切国家都交在我仆人巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的手中，连田野的走兽，我也交给他，供他奴役。

我又听见主的声音说：“我可以差遣谁呢？谁肯为我们去呢？”我说：“我在这里，请差遣我。”

你必与田间的石头立约，田间的野兽必与你和平相处。

耶稣却对他们说：“我父作工直到现在，我也作工。”

却没有说：‘神我的创造主在哪里呢？他使人在夜间歌唱。

因为你把一切新奇的事，传到我们耳中，我们愿意知道这些事是什么意思。”
