上帝说：“天下面的水要聚集在一处，使干地露出来。”事就这样成了。

神说：“天下面的水要聚集在一处，使干地露出来。”事就这样成了。

上帝说：“天空下面的水要聚在一处，使干地露出来。”果然如此。

神说：“天下的水要聚在一处，使旱地露出来！”事就这样成了。

神说：“让天底下的水聚集到一处，让干处显现。”事情就如此成就了。

神說：「天下的水要聚在一處，使旱地露出來。」事就這樣成了。

上帝說：「天下面的水要聚集在一處，使乾地露出來。」事就這樣成了。

神說：“天下的水要聚在一處，使旱地露出來！”事就這樣成了。

神說：「讓天底下的水聚集到一處，讓乾處顯現。」事情就如此成就了。

上帝曰、天下諸水、宜匯一區、俾見大陸、有如此也、

And God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so.

God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place. Let dry ground appear.” And that’s exactly what happened.

And God said,“ Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the waters beneath the sky flow together into one place, so dry ground may appear.” And that is what happened.

Then God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so.

And God said, Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

Then God said,“ Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so.

他們故意忘記了：太古時候、憑着上帝的話、就有了天、以及本着水藉着水而結合成的地；

永恆主發神諭說：連我、你們也不懼怕麼？在我面前、你們還不戰戰兢兢？我用沙做海的界限，永遠的定限，使它不能越犯；其水雖翻騰，卻不能得勝，其波浪雖匉訇，卻不能越過。

海屬於他，是他造的；旱地乃是他手形成的。

他對他們說：『我是個希伯來人；我敬畏的是耶和華，天上的上帝、那造大海和旱地的。』

溪河都往海裏流，海卻沒有滿溢；溪河流到哪一個地方，還再流到那裏。

他聚集海水像在皮囊裏。將深洋安置於庫房中。

使雲霄堅固於上面，使深淵的水泉穩定；他為洋海定出界限，叫水不越犯其命令，他又畫定了大地的根基；

在水面上畫個圓的天涯，就是光暗的交界。

『大海衝出，從胎裏出來時，誰早設門戶將海閉住呢？那時我以雲彩當海的服裝，以暗霧當包裹的布；我為它定了界限，安設門閂門戶，說：「你只可到這裏，不可再進；你狂傲的波浪到這裏要止息住』？

地和充滿於地上的、世界和住於世間的、都屬於永恆主。因為是他把地奠定於海上，把地建立於江河之際。

指着那永遠活着世世無窮的、那創造天和天上之物、地和地上之物、海和海中之物的，來起誓說：『必不再有躭延的時間了！

你將地奠定於根基上，使地永永遠遠不動搖。你以深淵如服裝遮蓋着大地；諸水停滯於山上。因你的叱責、水便奔逃；因你的雷聲、水便急流而退。以致山嶺上升，峽谷下沉，諸水流歸於你奠定之地。你定了界限，叫水別越過，別回來淹沒大地。

要稱謝那用智巧造諸天的，因為他堅固的愛永遠長存；要稱謝那鋪展大地於水上的，因為他堅固的愛永遠長存；

你在水上立了樓閣棟梁，以雲彩為車輦，馭風的翅膀而行；

上帝將北極搭於空間，將大地懸於太空；
