Yahweh God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.”

耶和华神说：“那人独居不好，我要为他造一个配偶帮助他。”

耶和华上帝说：“那人单独一个不好，我要为他造一个配偶帮助他。”

耶和华神说：“那人单独一个不好，我要为他造一个配偶帮助他。”

耶和华上帝说：“那人独自一人不好，我要为他造一个相配的帮手。”

耶和华神说：“那人独居不好，我要为他造个和他相配的帮手。”

耶和华神又说：“那人孤身不好，我要为他造一个合适的帮助者。”

耶和華神說：「那人獨居不好，我要為他造一個配偶幫助他。」

永恆主上帝說：『那人獨居不好；我要為他造個幫助者做他的配偶。』

耶和華神又說：「那人孤身不好，我要為他造一個合適的幫助者。」

耶和華上帝曰、人獨處非善、我將作一相助者以配之、

耶和華上帝曰、不可使夫人獨處、必造一相助為理者。

耶和華天主曰、人獨處未善、我將為之作偶以助之、

The Lord God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

The Lord God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.”

Then the Lord God said,“ It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”

Then the Lord God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.”

Then the LORD God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper corresponding to him.”

Then the Lord God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.”

And the Lord God said,“ It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”

And Jehovah God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.

Then the Lord God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper as his complement.”

And the LORD God said,[ It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

The LORD God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a companion for him who corresponds to him.”

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor.For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up.Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one keep warm alone?If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

For a man indeed ought not to have his head covered, because he is the image and glory of God, but the woman is the glory of the man.For man is not from woman, but woman from man;for man wasn’t created for the woman, but woman for the man.For this cause the woman ought to have authority over her own head, because of the angels.Nevertheless, neither is the woman independent of the man, nor the man independent of the woman, in the Lord.For as woman came from man, so a man also comes through a woman; but all things are from God.

You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as also being joint heirs of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.

Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh.

Let a woman learn in quietness with full submission.But I don’t permit a woman to teach, nor to exercise authority over a man, but to be in quietness.For Adam was formed first, then Eve.

The man said,“ The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”

But if any man thinks that he is behaving inappropriately toward his virgin, if she is past the flower of her age, and if need so requires, let him do what he desires. He doesn’t sin. Let them marry.

Naomi her mother- in- law said to her,“ My daughter, shall I not seek rest for you, that it may be well with you?
