And Israel said to Joseph,“ Are not your brothers feeding the flock in Shechem? Come, I will send you to them.” So he said to him,“ Here I am.”

and Israel said to Joseph,“ As you know, your brothers are grazing the flocks near Shechem. Come, I am going to send you to them.”“ Very well,” he replied.

Israel said to Joseph,“ As you know, your brothers are taking care of the flocks near Shechem. Come. I’m going to send you to them.”“ All right,” Joseph replied.

And Israel said to Joseph,“ Are not your brothers pasturing the flock at Shechem? Come, I will send you to them.” And he said to him,“ Here I am.”

When they had been gone for some time, Jacob said to Joseph,“ Your brothers are pasturing the sheep at Shechem. Get ready, and I will send you to them.”“ I’m ready to go,” Joseph replied.

Israel said to Joseph,“ Your brothers, you know, are pasturing the flocks at Shechem. Get ready. I’m sending you to them.”“ I’m ready,” Joseph replied.

And Israel said to Joseph,“ Are your brothers not pasturing the flock in Shechem? Come, and I will send you to them.” And he said to him,“ I will go.”

And Israel said unto Joseph, Are not thy brethren feeding the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I.

Israel said to Joseph,“ Your brothers, you know, are pasturing the flocks at Shechem. Get ready. I’m sending you to them.”“ I’m ready,” Joseph replied.

And Israel said unto Joseph, Do not thy brethren feed[ the flock] in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here[ am I].

Israel said to Joseph,“ Your brothers are grazing the flocks near Shechem. Come, I will send you to them.”“ I’m ready,” Joseph replied.

Israel said to Joseph,“ Aren’t your brothers feeding the flock in Shechem? Come, and I will send you to them.” He said to him,“ Here I am.”

So he went to his father and said,“ My father.” And he said,“ Here I am. Who are you, my son?”

Then Eli called Samuel and said,“ Samuel, my son!” He answered,“ Here I am.”

Now it came to pass, when Isaac was old and his eyes were so dim that he could not see, that he called Esau his older son and said to him,“ My son.” And he answered him,“ Here I am.”

that the Lord called Samuel. And he answered,“ Here I am!”So he ran to Eli and said,“ Here I am, for you called me.” And he said,“ I did not call; lie down again.” And he went and lay down.Then the Lord called yet again,“ Samuel!” So Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said,“ Here I am, for you called me.” He answered,“ I did not call, my son; lie down again.”

And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. So he arose and went to Eli, and said,“ Here I am, for you did call me.” Then Eli perceived that the Lord had called the boy.

Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him,“ Abraham!” And he said,“ Here I am.”

“ Then the owner of the vineyard said,‘ What shall I do? I will send my beloved son. Probably they will respect him when they see him.’

“ Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

Then Jesse said to his son David,“ Take now for your brothers an ephah of this dried grain and these ten loaves, and run to your brothers at the camp.And carry these ten cheeses to the captain of their thousand, and see how your brothers fare, and bring back news of them.”Now Saul and they and all the men of Israel were in the Valley of Elah, fighting with the Philistines.So David rose early in the morning, left the sheep with a keeper, and took the things and went as Jesse had commanded him. And he came to the camp as the army was going out to the fight and shouting for the battle.
