So he said to him,“ Go and see if all is well with your brothers and with the flocks, and bring word back to me.” Then he sent him off from the Valley of Hebron. When Joseph arrived at Shechem,

So Israel said to him,“ Go to your brothers. See how they are doing. Also see how the flocks are doing. Then come back and tell me.” So he sent him away from the Hebron Valley. Joseph arrived at Shechem.

So he said to him,“ Go now, see if it is well with your brothers and with the flock, and bring me word.” So he sent him from the Valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

“ Go and see how your brothers and the flocks are getting along,” Jacob said.“ Then come back and bring me a report.” So Jacob sent him on his way, and Joseph traveled to Shechem from their home in the valley of Hebron.

Then Israel said to him,“ Go and see how your brothers and the flocks are doing, and bring word back to me.” So he sent him from the Hebron Valley, and he went to Shechem.

Then he said to him,“ Go now and see about the welfare of your brothers and the welfare of the flock, and bring word back to me.” So he sent him from the Valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

Then he said to him,“ Please go and see if it is well with your brothers and well with the flocks, and bring back word to me.” So he sent him out of the Valley of Hebron, and he went to Shechem.

And he said to him, Go now, see whether it is well with thy brethren, and well with the flock; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

So Jacob said to him,“ Go now and check on the welfare of your brothers and of the flocks, and bring me word.” So Jacob sent him from the valley of Hebron.

He said to him,“ Go now, see whether it is well with your brothers, and well with the flock; and bring me word again.” So he sent him out of the valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

雅各来到他父亲以撒那里，到了幔利，基列‧亚巴，就是希伯仑，是亚伯拉罕和以撒寄居的地方。

希伯仑从前名叫基列‧亚巴；亚巴是亚衲族最尊贵的人。于是国中太平，没有战争了。

说：“但愿你在这日子知道有关你平安的事，不过这事现在是隐藏的，你的眼睛看不出来。

至于那偏行弯曲道路的人，耶和华必将他们和作恶的人一同驱逐出去。愿平安归于以色列！

撒拉死在迦南地的基列‧亚巴，就是希伯仑。亚伯拉罕来哀悼撒拉，为她哭泣。

亚伯兰就迁移帐棚，来到希伯仑，幔利的橡树那里居住，在那里为耶和华筑了一座坛。

我使你们被掳到的那城，你们要为那城求平安，为那城向耶和华祈求，因为那城得平安，你们也随着得平安。

雅各对他们说：“他平安吗？”他们说：“平安。看哪，他女儿拉结和羊一起来了。”

他们从尼革夫上去，到了希伯仑。在那里有亚衲族的亚希幔人、示筛人和挞买人。希伯仑的建造比埃及的琐安早七年。

王对古实人说：“年轻人押沙龙平安吗？”古实人说：“愿我主我王的仇敌，和一切起来恶意要害你的人，都像那年轻人一样。”

耶西对他儿子大卫说：“你拿一伊法烘了的穗子和十个饼，跑到营里去，交给你的哥哥，再拿这十块奶饼，送给他们的千夫长，并要问你哥哥好，向他们要个凭据回来。”

于是约书亚为耶孚尼的儿子迦勒祝福，把希伯仑给他为业。

约瑟回答法老说：“这不在乎我。神必应允法老平安。”

这二人的血必归到约押和他后裔头上，直到永远；惟有大卫和他的后裔，以及他的家与王位，必从耶和华那里得平安，直到永远。”
