So he said to him,“ Go and see if all is well with your brothers and with the flocks, and bring word back to me.” Then he sent him off from the Valley of Hebron. When Joseph arrived at Shechem,

So Israel said to him,“ Go to your brothers. See how they are doing. Also see how the flocks are doing. Then come back and tell me.” So he sent him away from the Hebron Valley. Joseph arrived at Shechem.

So he said to him,“ Go now, see if it is well with your brothers and with the flock, and bring me word.” So he sent him from the Valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

“ Go and see how your brothers and the flocks are getting along,” Jacob said.“ Then come back and bring me a report.” So Jacob sent him on his way, and Joseph traveled to Shechem from their home in the valley of Hebron.

Then Israel said to him,“ Go and see how your brothers and the flocks are doing, and bring word back to me.” So he sent him from the Hebron Valley, and he went to Shechem.

Then he said to him,“ Go now and see about the welfare of your brothers and the welfare of the flock, and bring word back to me.” So he sent him from the Valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

Then he said to him,“ Please go and see if it is well with your brothers and well with the flocks, and bring back word to me.” So he sent him out of the Valley of Hebron, and he went to Shechem.

And he said to him, Go now, see whether it is well with thy brethren, and well with the flock; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

Then Israel said to him,“ Go and see how your brothers and the flocks are doing, and bring word back to me.” So he sent him from the Valley of Hebron, and he went to Shechem.

And he said to him, Go, I pray thee, see whether it be well with thy brethren, and well with the flocks; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

So Jacob said to him,“ Go now and check on the welfare of your brothers and of the flocks, and bring me word.” So Jacob sent him from the valley of Hebron.

He said to him,“ Go now, see whether it is well with your brothers, and well with the flock; and bring me word again.” So he sent him out of the valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

雅各至慢哩亞巴邑、見父以撒、昔亞巴即希伯崙、亞伯拉罕與以撒曾旅於此。

昔希伯崙名基列亞巴、在亞納族中、亞巴尊大。嗣後息戰。

曰、今猶為爾日、及是時、而知關爾平安之事、則幸、過此、隱於爾目矣、

惟所行邪曲者、耶和華必罰之、俾與惡黨同科、願以色列族、俱享平康兮。

卒於迦南之基列亞巴即希伯崙。亞伯拉罕為撒拉哀哭。○

亞伯蘭遂遷幕至希伯崙、近慢哩之橡而居、築墻祭耶和華。

予俾爾為俘囚、至於斯邑、汝當求予、錫斯邑以平康、蓋斯邑綏安、爾亦得享。

曰、安乎。曰、安、今其女拉結偕羊以至。

轉而南向、至希伯崙、原其建邑之始、前於埃及人之建鎖安七年、在彼見亞納子亞希慢、示篩、達買。

王曰、少者押沙龍安否。古示曰、願我主我王之敵、暨諸犯上欲害爾者、咸如彼少者。

耶西語大闢曰、爾攜烘穀六斗、與餅十、趨至營壘、往見乃兄、又攜乳餅十、以饋千夫長、問爾兄安、取其質而歸。

約書亞為耶孚尼子迦勒祝嘏、以希伯崙賜之為業。

約瑟對曰、非臣所能知也、願上帝以平康之兆、賜於法老。

此罪必永歸約押、及其苗裔、惟耶和華必賜平康於大闢眷聚、爰其苗裔、至於國家永世靡暨。
