她拉住那青年吻他，厚着脸皮对他说：“我已献了平安祭，今日我还了所许的愿。因此，我出来迎接你，渴望见你的面，我总算找到你了！我已在床上铺好被单，是埃及麻织的花纹布，又用没药、沉香、桂皮薰了我的床。你来，让我们饱享爱情，直到早晨，让我们彼此亲爱欢乐。因为我丈夫不在家，出门远行，他手带钱囊，要到月圆才回家。”这女子用许多巧言引诱他，用谄媚的嘴唇催逼他。青年立刻跟随她，好像牛去被宰杀，又像愚妄人带着脚镣去受刑，直到箭穿进他的肝，如同雀鸟急投罗网，却不知会赔上自己的生命。孩子们，现在要听从我，要留心听我口中的言语。你的心不可偏向她的道，不要误入她的迷途。因为她击倒许多人，无数的人被她杀戮。她的家是在阴间之路，下到死亡之宫。

要救自己，如羚羊脱离猎人的手，如鸟脱离捕鸟人的手。

我儿啊，不要与他们走同一道路，禁止你的脚走他们的路径。

不要被欺骗了；“滥交朋友败坏品德。”
