看无花果树的吃无花果，照顾主人的也必得尊荣。

以扫说：“我在路上遇见的那一群群牲畜是怎么回事？”雅各回答说：“我带来这些是要得到我主的恩待。”

人所行的若蒙耶和华喜悦，耶和华必使仇敌与他和好。

我要派你管理我家，我的人民都要遵从你的命令，只有我权力比你大。”法老又说：“我现在派你治理埃及全国。”

扫罗派人去见耶西，说：“你就让大卫留在我的身边吧，因为我喜欢他。”

精明的仆人必管辖主人的不肖子，并与他们一同承受家业。

明智的臣子蒙王喜悦，可耻的仆人惹王发怒。

亚伯兰说：“主耶和华啊，你要赐我什么呢？我没有儿子，继承我家业的人是大马士革人以利以谢。”

王问我：“你有什么要求？”我向天上的上帝祷告后，回答说：“如果王认为好，如果仆人在王面前蒙恩，请王派我到犹大，重建我祖坟所在的城邑。”

现在他带了牛羊、驴和仆婢回来见你，派我们来报信，希望得到你的恩待。’”
