Now the men were frightened when they were taken to his house. They thought,“ We were brought here because of the silver that was put back into our sacks the first time. He wants to attack us and overpower us and seize us as slaves and take our donkeys.”

The brothers were terrified when they saw that they were being taken into Joseph’s house.“ It’s because of the money someone put in our sacks last time we were here,” they said.“ He plans to pretend that we stole it. Then he will seize us, make us slaves, and take our donkeys.”

But the men were afraid when they were brought to Joseph’s house. They said,“ We are being brought in because of the money that was returned in our sacks last time. He wants to capture us, make us slaves, and take our donkeys!”

The men were afraid, because they were brought to Joseph’s house; and they said,“ Because of the money that was returned in our sacks the first time, we’re brought in; that he may seek occasion against us, attack us, and seize us as slaves, along with our donkeys.”

後來他們倒口袋，哎呀，各人的銀包都在自己的口袋裏呢！他們和父親看見他們的銀包，就都害怕。

我直思索着要明白這事，看來實在為難；

胡亂加以罪狀，發表壞名聲的事毁謗她，說：「我娶了這女子，親近了她，就發現她沒有童貞的憑據」；

門徒看見他在海上走，嚇了一跳，說：『是鬼怪喲！』由於懼怕，就喊叫起來。耶穌連忙對他們說：『你們放膽；是我；別怕了！』

他們震懾恐懼，未曾有這樣的恐懼；因為上帝把紮營攻擊你的骨頭擊散了；你使他們狼狽周章，因為上帝棄絕了他們。

瑪挪亞對他妻子說：『我們一定死的，因為我們看見了上帝。』

胡亂加以罪狀說：『我發現你的女兒沒有童貞的憑據。』其實這就是我女兒的童貞憑據呢。」隨即把那塊衣裳鋪在那城的長老面前。

有人告訴大衛家說：『亞蘭已在以法蓮安頓下了』，王的心和人民的心就都搖動，像林中的樹在風前搖動一樣。

又彼此說：『我們對我們弟弟實在有了罪責：他向我們乞哀求憐的時候，我們見他心裏的困苦，卻不肯聽，所以這場困苦臨到我們身上了。』

他父母卻不知道這事乃出於永恆主，因為永恆主正在找機會攻擊非利士人呢。那時非利士人正管轄着以色列人。

就對弟兄們說：『我的銀子都退回來了；你看，正在我的布袋裏呢！他們都魂飛魄散，大家都戰戰兢兢，彼此說：『上帝這樣辦我們，是甚麼意思呢？』

希律聽見了卻說：『是我所斬首的約翰，他活了起來。』

他們前來、如同闖進闊大的破口；輥輥而來，把我壓在毁壞之下。

震懾的聲音常在他耳中；在興隆時、強盜必臨到他那裏。

然而罪趁着機會、藉着誡命、在我身上動起各種的私慾來。因為在律法以外、罪是死的。
