說：「我主啊，我們頭次下來實在是要糴糧。

然而，敬虔加上知足的心便是大利了；因為我們沒有帶甚麼到世上來，也不能帶甚麼去。只要有衣有食，就當知足。

人若不看顧親屬，就是背了真道，比不信的人還不好，不看顧自己家裏的人，更是如此。

你若打發我們的兄弟與我們同去，我們就下去給你糴糧；

她想得田地就買來；用手所得之利栽種葡萄園。

驕傲在敗壞以先；狂心在跌倒之前。

少有財寶，敬畏耶和華，強如多有財寶，煩亂不安。
