Deeply moved at the sight of his brother, Joseph hurried out and looked for a place to weep. He went into his private room and wept there.

约瑟听后转身出去哭了，然后又回来跟他们谈话，从他们中间选了西缅，当着他们的面把西缅捆绑起来。

耶和华说：“以法莲不是我的爱子吗？他不是我喜悦的孩子吗？我虽然常常责备他，但仍然惦记着他。我深深地想念他，我必怜悯他。

约瑟和弟弟便雅悯抱头痛哭，然后又亲吻其他弟兄，抱着他们痛哭，弟兄们跟他交谈起来。

上帝可以作证，我是怎样以基督耶稣的慈爱之心想念你们。

所以，如果你们在基督里受到鼓励，得到爱的安慰，与圣灵相通，有慈悲和怜悯之心，

耶稣看见她和陪她来的犹太人都在哭，心中感动，十分难过，便问：“你们把他葬在哪里了？”他们答道：“主啊，你来看。”耶稣哭了。犹太人说：“你看！祂多么爱拉撒路啊！”其中也有人说：“祂既然能医好瞎眼的人，难道不能叫这个人不死吗？”耶稣又十分感动地来到坟墓前。那坟墓是个洞，洞口堵着一块大石头。

活孩子的母亲心疼自己的孩子，就说：“我主啊，把孩子给她吧，千万不要杀他！”但另一个女人却说：“孩子不归我，也不归你，把他劈开吧！”

以法莲啊，我怎能舍弃你？以色列啊，我怎能弃绝你？我怎能使你的下场如押玛？我怎能对待你如对待洗扁？我的心意改变，我满怀怜爱。

约瑟放声大哭，埃及人听见了他的哭声，法老家也听到了这个消息。

每逢想起你流泪的情形，我就渴望见你，好使我的心充满喜乐。

所以，你们既然是上帝所拣选的，是圣洁、蒙爱的人，就要心存怜悯、恩慈、谦虚、温柔和忍耐。

如果一个丰衣足食的人看见贫穷的弟兄姊妹，却毫无怜悯之心，怎能说他爱上帝呢？

众人都哭了，抱着保罗与他亲吻，

所以你们一定要警醒，牢记这三年来我怎样昼夜不住地流着泪劝诫你们。

约瑟备好车前去迎接父亲以色列。父子重逢，约瑟抱住父亲哭了很久。

我含着眼泪谦卑地事奉主，又遭到犹太人的迫害，历尽艰辛。
