Therefore he sacrifices to his net and burns incense to his dragnet, for by his net he lives in luxury and enjoys the choicest food.

你要说，主耶和华如此说：埃及王法老，你这卧在自己江河中的海怪，看哪，我与你为敌。你曾说：‘我的尼罗河是我的，是我为自己造的。’

竟向天上的主自高，差人将他殿中的器皿拿到你面前，你和大臣、王后、妃嫔用这器皿饮酒。你又赞美那不能看、不能听、无知无识，用金、银、铜、铁、木、石造的神明，没有将荣耀归与那手中掌管你气息，管理你一切行动的神。

看哪，你比但以理更有智慧，任何秘密都不能向你隐藏。

你藉臣仆辱骂主说：我率领许多战车登上高山，到黎巴嫩的顶端；我要砍伐其中高大的香柏树和上好的松树。我必上到极高之处，进入茂盛的森林里。

你心里说：‘这财富是我的力量、我手的能力得来的。’

王说：“这大巴比伦岂不是我用大能大力建为首都，要显示我威严的荣耀吗？”
