西顿，你这海洋中的堡垒啊，应当羞愧，因为大海说：“我未经历产痛，也没有生产，未曾养育男孩，也没有抚养女孩。”

以法蓮呢——他們的榮耀必像鳥兒飛去：沒有生產、沒有懷胎、沒有成孕。就使他們把兒女養大，我也必使他們喪失兒子，一個不留。我離開他們時，他們就有禍了！以法蓮、據我看、他兒女是註定被獵取的；以法蓮必將兒女帶出、交於肆行殺戮的人。永恆主啊，求你使他們，使他們怎樣呢？使他們墜胎小產，乳房皺縮枯乾！

迦南的境界是從西頓，經過基拉耳，直到迦薩；又經過所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁、直到拉沙。

聽見敵人的壯馬蹄跳的響聲，戰車震地之隆隆、車輪急轉之轟轟，為父者因手之發軟，都顧不得回看兒女了；這是因為日子必到、要毁滅所有的非利士人，要剪除每一個幫助推羅西頓的殘存者；因為永恆主必毁滅非利士人，毁滅迦斐託海島餘剩之民。
