自地之極、我儕聞歌曰、尊榮歸於義者、惟我曰、吾衰矣、吾衰矣、禍哉我也、欺者行其欺、欺者肆其欺、

自地之極、聞謳歌之聲云、義者當得尊榮。我曰、余遭患難、形消骨立、素攘奪人者、今攘奪余矣。

From the ends of the earth we hear singing:“ Glory to the Righteous One.” But I said,“ I waste away, I waste away! Woe to me! The treacherous betray! With treachery the treacherous betray!”

From one end of the earth to the other we hear singing. People are saying,“ Give glory to the God who always does what is right.” But I said,“ I feel very bad. I’m getting weaker and weaker. How terrible it is for me! People turn against one another. They can’t be trusted. So they turn against one another.”

From the ends of the earth we hear songs of praise, of glory to the Righteous One. But I say,“ I waste away, I waste away. Woe is me! For the traitors have betrayed, with betrayal the traitors have betrayed.”

We hear songs of praise from the ends of the earth, songs that give glory to the Righteous One! But my heart is heavy with grief. Weep for me, for I wither away. Deceit still prevails, and treachery is everywhere.

From the ends of the earth we hear songs: The Splendor of the Righteous One. But I said,“ I waste away! I waste away! Woe is me.” The treacherous act treacherously; the treacherous deal very treacherously.

From the ends of the earth we hear songs:“ Glory to the Righteous One,” But I say,“ I am finished! I am finished! Woe to me! The treacherous deal treacherously, And the treacherous deal very treacherously.”

From the ends of the earth we have heard songs:“ Glory to the righteous!” But I said,“ I am ruined, ruined! Woe to me! The treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously, Indeed, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.”

From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs: Glory to the righteous. But I said, I pine away, I pine away, woe is me! the treacherous have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous have dealt very treacherously.

From the ends of the earth we hear songs: The Splendor of the Righteous One. But I said,“ I waste away! I waste away! Woe is me.” The treacherous act treacherously; the treacherous deal very treacherously.

From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs,[ even] glory to the righteous. But I said, My leanness, my leanness, woe unto me! the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.

From the ends of the earth we hear songs– the Just One is majestic. But I say,“ I’m wasting away! I’m wasting away! I’m doomed! Deceivers deceive, deceivers thoroughly deceive!”

From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs. Glory to the righteous! But I said,“ I pine away! I pine away! woe is me!” The treacherous have dealt treacherously. Yes, the treacherous have dealt very treacherously.

A dire vision has been shown to me: The traitor betrays, the looter takes loot. Elam, attack! Media, lay siege! I will bring to an end all the groaning she caused. (niv)

The people of Israel and the people of Judah have been utterly unfaithful to me,” declares the Lord. (niv)

Woe to you, destroyer, you who have not been destroyed! Woe to you, betrayer, you who have not been betrayed! When you stop destroying, you will be destroyed; when you stop betraying, you will be betrayed. (niv)

But like a woman unfaithful to her husband, so you, Israel, have been unfaithful to me,” declares the Lord. (niv)

“ I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations— to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians( famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations.And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord— on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord.“ They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels. You are always righteous, Lord, when I bring a case before you. Yet I would speak with you about your justice: Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why do all the faithless live at ease? (niv)

Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:“ You are just in these judgments, O Holy One, you who are and who were;for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets, and you have given them blood to drink as they deserve.”And I heard the altar respond:“ Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.” (niv)

Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrongdoing? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds. (niv)

You have neither heard nor understood; from of old your ears have not been open. Well do I know how treacherous you are; you were called a rebel from birth. (niv)

Bitterly she weeps at night, tears are on her cheeks. Among all her lovers there is no one to comfort her. All her friends have betrayed her; they have become her enemies. (niv)

Therefore, the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will send a wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors; under his pomp a fire will be kindled like a blazing flame. (niv)

“ Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.They will say of me,‘ In the Lord alone are deliverance and strength.’” All who have raged against him will come to him and be put to shame.But all the descendants of Israel will find deliverance in the Lord and will make their boast in him. Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor. (niv)

As at Adam, they have broken the covenant; they were unfaithful to me there. (niv)

For this is what the Lord has commanded us:“‘ I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’” (niv)

You have enlarged the nation, Lord; you have enlarged the nation. You have gained glory for yourself; you have extended all the borders of the land. (niv)

He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. (niv)

The Lord will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God. (niv)

After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting:“ Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”And again they shouted:“ Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever.”The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne. And they cried:“ Amen, Hallelujah!”Then a voice came from the throne, saying:“ Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both great and small!”Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:“ Hallelujah! The righteous will be glad when they are avenged, when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked. (niv)

They are unfaithful to the Lord; they give birth to illegitimate children. When they celebrate their New Moon feasts, he will devour their fields. (niv)

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive.Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord.They will proclaim his righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn: He has done it! (niv)

Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. (niv)

He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God. And they will live securely, for then his greatness will reach to the ends of the earth. (niv)

So he gave them what they asked for, but sent a wasting disease among them. (niv)

and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb:“ Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations. (niv)

Your relatives, members of your own family— even they have betrayed you; they have raised a loud cry against you. Do not trust them, though they speak well of you. (niv)

“ In that day the glory of Jacob will fade; the fat of his body will waste away. (niv)

In that day the Lord Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful wreath for the remnant of his people. (niv)

May he rule from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.May the desert tribes bow before him and his enemies lick the dust.May the kings of Tarshish and of distant shores bring tribute to him. May the kings of Sheba and Seba present him gifts.May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him. (niv)

Who among the gods is like you, Lord? Who is like you— majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders? (niv)

May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him. (niv)

And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens. (niv)
