Therefore strong peoples will honor you; cities of ruthless nations will revere you.

Powerful nations will honor you. Even sinful people from their cities will have respect for you.

Therefore strong peoples will glorify you; cities of ruthless nations will fear you.

Therefore, strong nations will declare your glory; ruthless nations will fear you.

Therefore, a strong people will honor you. The cities of violent nations will fear you.

Therefore a strong people will glorify You; Cities of ruthless nations will revere You.

Therefore the strong people will glorify You; The city of the terrible nations will fear You.

Therefore shall a strong people glorify thee; a city of terrible nations shall fear thee.

Therefore, a strong people will honor You. The cities of violent nations will fear You.

Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.

So a strong nation will extol you; the towns of powerful nations will fear you.

Therefore a strong people will glorify you. A city of awesome nations will fear you.

Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground; they will lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who hope in me will not be disappointed.”Can plunder be taken from warriors, or captives be rescued from the fierce?But this is what the Lord says:“ Yes, captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce; I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save.I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine. Then all mankind will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.” (niv)

I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless. (niv)

The Lord will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name. (niv)

At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven. (niv)

“ Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. Though in anger I struck you, in favor I will show you compassion.Your gates will always stand open, they will never be shut, day or night, so that people may bring you the wealth of the nations— their kings led in triumphal procession.For the nation or kingdom that will not serve you will perish; it will be utterly ruined.“ The glory of Lebanon will come to you, the juniper, the fir and the cypress together, to adorn my sanctuary; and I will glorify the place for my feet.The children of your oppressors will come bowing before you; all who despise you will bow down at your feet and will call you the City of the Lord, Zion of the Holy One of Israel. (niv)

And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’ (niv)

He says,“ Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. (niv)

May he rule from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.May the desert tribes bow before him and his enemies lick the dust.May the kings of Tarshish and of distant shores bring tribute to him. May the kings of Sheba and Seba present him gifts.May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him. (niv)

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God,saying:“ We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign. (niv)

Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles. (niv)

Say to God,“ How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies cringe before you. (niv)

“ And I, because of what they have planned and done, am about to come and gather the people of all nations and languages, and they will come and see my glory.“ I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations— to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians( famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations.And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord— on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord.“ They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels. (niv)

“ I will display my glory among the nations, and all the nations will see the punishment I inflict and the hand I lay on them.From that day forward the people of Israel will know that I am the Lord their God. (niv)
