And on this mountain He will destroy the covering which is over all peoples, The veil which is stretched over all nations.

又於此山、盡除蔽萬民之巾、蒙列邦之帕、

自古以來、列國兆民、其心昏昧若帕蒙面、今在此山、耶和華除之。

又在此山、必除阻萬民之障翳、及蔽萬國之覆蓋、

On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations;

On that mountain the Lord will destroy the veil of sadness that covers all the nations. He will destroy the gloom that is spread over everyone.

And he will swallow up on this mountain the covering that is cast over all peoples, the veil that is spread over all nations.

There he will remove the cloud of gloom, the shadow of death that hangs over the earth.

On this mountain he will swallow up the burial shroud, the shroud over all the peoples, the sheet covering all the nations.

And He will destroy on this mountain The surface of the covering cast over all people, And the veil that is spread over all nations.

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering that covereth all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

On this mountain He will destroy the burial shroud, the shroud over all the peoples, the sheet covering all the nations;

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

On this mountain he will swallow up the shroud that is over all the peoples, the woven covering that is over all the nations;

He will destroy in this mountain the surface of the covering that covers all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, through His flesh,and since we have a great priest over the house of God,

which in other generations was not made known to mankind, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit;to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel,

and we are not like Moses, who used to put a veil over his face so that the sons of Israel would not stare at the end of what was fading away.But their minds were hardened; for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains unlifted, because it is removed in Christ.But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts;but whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

For Christ did not enter a holy place made by hands, a mere copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.

And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split.

for you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light

The Holy Spirit is signifying this, that the way into the holy place has not yet been disclosed while the outer tabernacle is still standing,

So having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now proclaiming to mankind that all people everywhere are to repent,

A light for revelation for the Gentiles, And the glory of Your people Israel.”
