He will destroy in this mountain the surface of the covering that covers all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

他又必在這山上除滅遮蓋萬民之物和遮蔽萬國蒙臉的帕子。

在這山上，他必吞滅那纏裹萬民的面紗和那遮蓋列國的遮蔽物

在這山上，他必吞滅那纏裹萬民的面紗和那遮蓋列國的遮蔽物。

在這山上，他必除滅遮住萬民的遮布，罩在萬國之上的罩單；

又於此山、盡除蔽萬民之巾、蒙列邦之帕、

自古以來、列國兆民、其心昏昧若帕蒙面、今在此山、耶和華除之。

又在此山、必除阻萬民之障翳、及蔽萬國之覆蓋、

On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations;

On that mountain the Lord will destroy the veil of sadness that covers all the nations. He will destroy the gloom that is spread over everyone.

And he will swallow up on this mountain the covering that is cast over all peoples, the veil that is spread over all nations.

There he will remove the cloud of gloom, the shadow of death that hangs over the earth.

On this mountain he will swallow up the burial shroud, the shroud over all the peoples, the sheet covering all the nations.

And on this mountain He will destroy the covering which is over all peoples, The veil which is stretched over all nations.

And He will destroy on this mountain The surface of the covering cast over all people, And the veil that is spread over all nations.

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering that covereth all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

On this mountain He will destroy the burial shroud, the shroud over all the peoples, the sheet covering all the nations;

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

On this mountain he will swallow up the shroud that is over all the peoples, the woven covering that is over all the nations;

being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.

Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus,by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh,and having a great priest over God’s house,

which in other generations was not made known to the children of men, as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit,that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of his promise in Christ Jesus through the Good News,

and not as Moses, who put a veil on his face, that the children of Israel wouldn’t look steadfastly on the end of that which was passing away.But their minds were hardened, for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains, because in Christ it passes away.But to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.

For Christ hasn’t entered into holy places made with hands, which are representations of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you.For, behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you.Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split.

For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light,

The Holy Spirit is indicating this, that the way into the Holy Place wasn’t yet revealed while the first tabernacle was still standing.

The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked. But now he commands that all people everywhere should repent,

a light for revelation to the nations, and the glory of your people Israel.”
