He will help those who are fair when they judge. He will give strength to those who turn back their enemies at the city gate.

等到聖靈從上面澆灌我們的時候，曠野要變為沃野，沃野上莊稼茂密如林。那時，公平必充滿曠野，公義必遍佈沃野。

耶和華的靈必住在他身上，使他有聰明和智慧、謀略和能力，能認識並敬畏耶和華。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼見施行審判，不憑耳聞斷定是非，而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。

以色列人聽見王這樣斷案，都敬畏他，因為他們知道他有上帝所賜的智慧，可以秉公執法。

耶穌繼續說：「我憑自己不能做什麼，我按父上帝的旨意審判，我的審判是公平的；因為我不是按自己的旨意行，而是按差我來者的旨意行。

我再次吩咐你，要剛強勇敢！不要害怕，也不要灰心，因為你無論走到哪裡，你的上帝耶和華必與你同在。」

是上帝賜我力量，使我行為純全。祂使我的腳如母鹿的蹄，穩踏在高處。祂訓練我，使我的手能爭戰、我的臂膀能拉開銅弓。

這人從聖靈領受智言，那人從聖靈領受知識；

王坐在寶座上審判，他的眼目明察罪惡。

法老對臣僕說：「我們哪裡找像這樣有上帝的靈同在的人呢？」法老對約瑟說：「上帝既然把夢的意思指示給你，可見沒人有你這樣的見識和智慧。

上帝啊，求你將你的公正賜給王，將你的公義賜給王的兒子。讓他憑公義審判你的子民，按公平對待那些貧苦的人。願大山給百姓帶來繁榮，小山帶來公義。願他保護百姓中受苦的人，拯救貧窮的人，打倒欺壓者。

「耶和華啊，你是賜人生命的上帝，求你立一個人做會眾的首領，帶領他們或進或退，免得你的會眾像沒有牧人的羊群。」耶和華對摩西說：「嫩的兒子約書亞心裡有聖靈，你把他召來，按手在他身上，

耶和華對摩西說：「你給我招聚七十個以色列人的長老——你所瞭解的首領，把他們帶到會幕，讓他們站在你身邊。我要在那裡降臨，對你說話，把降在你身上的靈也賜給他們，讓他們為你分擔管理民眾的責任，免得你獨自承擔。

上帝所差來的，說的是上帝的話，因為上帝將聖靈無限量地賜給祂。

因為你們的上帝耶和華要與你們同去，為你們爭戰，使你們得勝。』

上帝是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們患難中隨時的幫助。

那與他同在的只是血肉之軀，與我們同在的卻是我們的上帝耶和華，祂必幫助我們，為我們作戰。」眾人因猶大王希西迦的這番話而得到鼓舞。

萬軍之耶和華與我們同在，雅各的上帝是我們的堡壘。
