He will help those who are fair when they judge. He will give strength to those who turn back their enemies at the city gate.

等到聖靈從高處澆灌我們，曠野將變為田園，田園看似森林。公平要居住在曠野，公義要安歇在田園。

耶和華的靈必住在他身上，就是智慧和聰明的靈，謀略和能力的靈，知識和敬畏耶和華的靈。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧寒人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人，以口中的棍擊打全地，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

全以色列聽見王這樣判斷，就都敬畏王，因為他們看見他心中有上帝的智慧，能夠斷案。

「我憑着自己不能做甚麼。我怎麼聽見就怎麼審判，而我的審判是公平的，因為我不尋求自己的意願，只尋求差我來那位的旨意。」

我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶，因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華你的上帝必與你同在。」

惟有那以力量束我的腰、使我行為完全的，他是上帝。他使我的腳快如母鹿，使我站穩在高處。他教導我的手能爭戰，我的膀臂能開銅造的弓。

有人藉着聖靈領受智慧的言語；有人也靠着同一位聖靈領受知識的言語；

王坐在審判的位上，以眼目驅散一切邪惡。

法老對臣僕說：「像這樣的人，有上帝的靈在他裏面，我們豈能找得着呢？」法老對約瑟說：「上帝既指示你這一切事，就沒有人像你這樣聰明又有智慧。

上帝啊，求你將你的公平賜給王，將你的公義賜給王的兒子。使他按公義審判你的子民，按公平審判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公義使百姓得享平安。他必為百姓中困苦的人伸冤，拯救貧窮之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的人。

「願耶和華，賜萬人氣息的上帝，立一個人治理會眾，可以在他們面前出入，引導他們進出，免得耶和華的會眾如同沒有牧人的羊羣一般。」耶和華對摩西說：「嫩的兒子約書亞是一個有聖靈的人；你要領他來，為他按手，

耶和華對摩西說：「你要從以色列的長老中為我召集七十個人，就是你所認識，作百姓的長老和官長的，領他們到會幕，使他們和你一同站在那裏。我要在那裏降臨，與你說話，把降給你的靈分給他們。他們就和你分擔帶領百姓的擔子，免得你獨自承擔。

上帝所差來的說上帝的話，因為上帝所賜給他的聖靈是沒有限量的。

因為與你們同去的是耶和華－你們的上帝，他要為你們與仇敵作戰，拯救你們。』

上帝是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

與他們同在的是血肉之臂，但與我們同在的是耶和華－我們的上帝，他必幫助我們，為我們爭戰。」百姓因猶大王希西家的話就得到鼓勵。

萬軍之耶和華與我們同在，雅各的上帝是我們的避難所！
