Like a shepherd’s tent my house has been pulled down and taken from me. Like a weaver I have rolled up my life, and he has cut me off from the loom; day and night you made an end of me.

My body is like a shepherd’s tent. It has been pulled down and carried off. My life is like a piece of cloth that I’ve rolled up. You have cut it off from the loom. In a short period of time you have brought my life to an end.

My dwelling is plucked up and removed from me like a shepherd’s tent; like a weaver I have rolled up my life; he cuts me off from the loom; from day to night you bring me to an end;

你要把天地像外套一样卷起来，天地就像衣服一样被更换；只有你永不改变，你的年数也没有穷尽。”

因为我终日受伤害，每天早晨受惩罚。

我们知道，如果我们在地上的帐棚拆毁了，我们必得着从神而来的居所。那不是人手所造的，而是天上永存的房屋。

虽有作领袖的坐着毁谤我，你的仆人却默想你的律例。

愿他乐意把我压碎，愿他放手把我剪除。

他生长如花，又遭割下；他飞去如影，并不停留。

趁着我还在世上（“在世上”原文作“在这帐棚”）的时候，我认为应当提醒你们，使你们常常警醒，因为我知道我离世（“离世”原文作“离开这帐棚”）的时候快到了，正如我们的主耶稣基督清楚指示我的。

我们这些在帐棚里面的人，劳苦叹息，是由于不愿意脱去这个，却愿意穿上那个，使这必死的被生命吞灭。

我的年日好像日影偏斜，我也好像草一般枯干。

至于我，我曾在惊恐中说：“我从你眼前被隔绝”；可是我向你呼求的时候，你还是垂听了我恳求的声音。

那地必永远没有居民，世世代代无人居住；阿拉伯人不在那里搭帐幕；牧羊人也不领羊群躺卧在那里。

其实明天怎样，你们并不知道。你们的生命是什么呢？你们本来是过眼云烟，转瞬之间就消逝了。

照样，我有空虚的岁月，也有劳苦的黑夜为我派定。我躺下的时候，就说：‘我什么时候起来？’然而，长夜漫漫，我辗转反侧，直到黎明。我的肉体以虫子和土块为衣裳，我的皮肤裂开又流脓。我过的日子比梭还要快，在毫无盼望之中而结束。求你记念我的性命不过是一口气，我的眼必不再看见福乐。

耶和华在我壮年的时候，使我的力量衰弱，缩短我的年日。所以我说：“我的神啊！求你不要使我中年去世，你的年数万代无疆。

仅存的锡安居民（“居民”原文作“女子”），好像葡萄园中的草棚，瓜田里的茅屋，被围困的城镇。

在早晚之间他们就被毁灭，永归沉沦，无人怀念。

“我的气息将断，我的日子快尽，坟墓已为我预备好了。

你减少了他青春的日子，使他披上耻辱。（细拉）耶和华啊！这要到几时呢？你要永远隐藏自己吗？你的烈怒像火一般焚烧，要到几时呢？求你记念我的一生多么短暂，你创造的世人是多么虚幻呢！

我的日子过得比信差还快，飞快逝去，不见福乐。我的日子消逝有如快船，好像俯冲猛扑食物的鹰。
