你們舉目向上觀看！誰創造這些星呢？是那按數目領其萬象而出、一一點名呼喚的呀；因他力氣大而能力強、沒有一個邋下的。

爾當仰觀、天象羅布、有若軍旅、上帝以巨能大力、創造星辰、呼其名、核其數、無不應命。

爾向高舉目而觀、思此諸物為誰所造、天之萬象、主核其數而攜之出、天之萬象主核其數而攜之出或作惟主使天之萬象按數而顯皆道其名、蓋以主之大能大力、無不應命也、○

Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.

Look up toward the sky. Who created everything you see? The Lord causes the stars to come out at night one by one. He calls out each one of them by name. His power and strength are great. So none of the stars is missing.

Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name; by the greatness of his might and because he is strong in power, not one is missing.

Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing.

「哀，主永恆主啊，你看，是你用大能大力和伸出來的膀臂創造了天地；在你並沒有難成的事。你施堅固的愛與千萬人，又將做父親者的罪孽報應在他以後的子孫身上，至大至有能力的上帝、萬軍之永恆主耶和華是你的名。你的計畫宏大，你的作為有大能，你的眼睜開着、在察看着世人一切所行的，要照各人所行的、照他所作所為的結果來報應各人。

你們要向天舉目，觀看下地；因為天必像煙氣而消散，地必像衣服漸漸破舊；其居民必像蠓蟲死去；惟獨我的救恩永遠長存，我的義氣必不廢掉。

天屬於你，地也屬於你；世界和世界所充滿的都是你奠定的。北方南方是你創造的；他泊黑門都歡呼你的名。你有膀臂帶着大能；你的手堅強，你的右手高舉。

我的手奠定了大地，我的右手展鋪着諸天；我一呼喚它們，天地就一概站出來。

因為萬有、在天上的和在地上的、人能見的和不能見的、或是「眾王位」、或「眾主治」、或「眾執政的」、或「眾掌權的」、都是本着他而被創造的：萬有都藉着他，又是為要歸於他而被創造的。他在萬有之先，萬有也本着他而一同立住；

那創造諸天，展開穹蒼，將地和地所出的都鋪開，賜氣息給地上萬族之民，又賜靈性給行於地上的人的上帝永恆主這麼說：

我、形成光的，創造黑暗的，造成平安興隆的，創造災禍的：我永恆主乃是造成這一切的。

日頭月亮啊，你們要頌讚他！發光的眾星啊，你們要頌讚他！天上的天哪，你們要頌讚他！天上的水啊，你們要頌讚他！願這一切都頌讚永恆主的名！因為他一吩咐，就都被創造出來。他將這些立定到永永遠遠；他立了定律，誰都不能越犯。

從永恆主的冊上查考並叫喚吧，沒有一個不在的，沒有一個丟失伴偶的，因為永恆主親口吩咐了，是他的靈將他們聚集的。

他數點星辰的數目，都給它們起名。我們的主至大，富於能力；他的明達、無法測量。

你們要對他們這麼說：『那沒有造天造地的神必從地上、從天下、被除滅。』是永恆主用他的能力造了大地，用他的智慧建立了世界，用他的聰明展開了諸天。

我若見日光照耀，寶月行空，心裏暗暗受迷惑，手向日月揮接吻：這也是裁判官該辦的罪孽，因為我這樣不忠於在上的上帝。

你起初奠定了地的根基；天乃是你的手所造的。

我觀看你的天，你的指頭所造的，你所陳設的月亮和星辰；啊，人算甚麼，你竟記掛着他？世人算甚麼，你竟眷顧他？

諸天敘述上帝的榮耀；穹蒼宣說他手所作的。

又恐怕你舉目望天，觀看着日、月、星辰、天上的萬象，就被勾引、去敬拜事奉它們，事奉永恆主你的上帝所分給普天下萬族之民的。

那從你母腹就形成了你，和贖回了你、的永恆主這麼說：『我永恆主是造了萬有的，是獨自展開諸天，沒有誰在旁協助而鋪展大地的，

天地與其萬彙都造齊了。第七日上帝完畢了他所作的工，就在第七日歇了他所作的一切工而休息。
