耶和华在海洋中开道，在大水中开路；

耶和華曾闢路於滄海、備途於巨浸、

我耶和華、使海中判、俾成途路、

主如是云、我曾使海中有道、使大水中有途、

This is what the Lord says— he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters,

Long ago the Lord opened a way for his people to go through the Red Sea. He made a path through the mighty waters.

Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea, a path in the mighty waters,

I am the Lord, who opened a way through the waters, making a dry path through the sea.

This is what the LORD says— who makes a way in the sea, and a path through raging water,

Thus saith Jehovah, who maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

Was it not you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep, who made a road in the depths of the sea so that the redeemed might cross over? (niv)

Your path led through the sea, your way through the mighty waters, though your footprints were not seen. (niv)

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. (niv)

He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; he led them through the depths as through a desert. (niv)

The sea looked and fled, the Jordan turned back;the mountains leaped like rams, the hills like lambs.Why was it, sea, that you fled? Why, Jordan, did you turn back? (niv)

For I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord Almighty is his name. (niv)

And as soon as the priests who carry the ark of the Lord— the Lord of all the earth— set foot in the Jordan, its waters flowing downstream will be cut off and stand up in a heap.”So when the people broke camp to cross the Jordan, the priests carrying the ark of the covenant went ahead of them.Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge,the water from upstream stopped flowing. It piled up in a heap a great distance away, at a town called Adam in the vicinity of Zarethan, while the water flowing down to the Sea of the Arabah( that is, the Dead Sea) was completely cut off. So the people crossed over opposite Jericho. (niv)

Then his people recalled the days of old, the days of Moses and his people— where is he who brought them through the sea, with the shepherd of his flock? Where is he who set his Holy Spirit among them,who sent his glorious arm of power to be at Moses’ right hand, who divided the waters before them, to gain for himself everlasting renown,who led them through the depths?
