自我肇造上古之民以來、誰能如我宣布之、預言之、陳述之、至於未來之事、必成之事、任其指示之、

越在疇昔、我立斯民、未來之事、我皆預言、莫不徵應、孰能與我比儗哉、如有其人、使試言未來事、以為徵據。

Who then is like me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and lay out before me what has happened since I established my ancient people, and what is yet to come— yes, let them foretell what will come.

Who is like me? Let him come forward and speak boldly. Let him tell me everything that has happened since I created my people long ago. And let him tell me what has not happened yet. Let him announce ahead of time what is going to take place.

有谁从起初宣布这事，使我们知道呢？有谁从先前指明，使我们说“他是对的”呢？没有人宣布，没有人指明，也没有人听见你们的话。

让它们近前来，告诉我们将来要发生什么事！你们要说明先前发生的事，好让我们思索；或者告诉我们将来的事，使我们得知事情的结局。

要追念上古的事，因为我是上帝，并无别的；我是上帝，没有能与我相比的。我从起初就指明末后的事，从古时便言明未成的事，说：“我的筹算必立定；凡我所喜悦的，我必成就。”

你们要近前来说明，让他们彼此商议。谁从古时指明这事？谁从上古述说它？不是我—耶和华吗？除了我以外，再没有上帝；我是公义的上帝，又是救主；除了我以外，再没有别的了。

“先前的事，我自古已说明，已从我口而出，是我所指示的；我瞬间行事，事便成就。因为我知道你是顽梗的；你的颈项是铁的，你的额头是铜的。所以，我自古就给你说明，在事未成以先指示你，免得你说：‘这些事是我的偶像所行的，是我雕刻的偶像和铸造的神像所命定的。’“你既已听见，现在要察看这一切；你们不是要说明吗？从今以后，我要指示你新事，就是你所不知道的隐密事。这事是现今造的，并非自古就有，在今日以先，你未曾听见；免得你说：‘看哪，这事我早已知道了。’诚然你未曾听见，也未曾知道；你的耳朵从来未曾开通。我原知道你行事极其诡诈，你自从出母胎以来，就称为悖逆的。

我要与你，以及你世世代代的后裔坚立我的约，成为永远的约，是要作你和你后裔的上帝。我要把你现在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，赐给你和你的后裔永远为业；我也必作他们的上帝。”

任凭万国聚集，任凭万民会合。他们当中谁能说明，并将先前的事指示我们呢？让他们带来见证，显明他们有理，看是否听见的人会说：“果然是真的。”

至高者将地业赐给列国，将世人分开，他按照神明的数目，为万民划定疆界。

谁做成这事，从起初宣召历代呢？就是我—耶和华！我是首先的，也与末后的同在。

他从一人造出万族，居住在全地面上，并且预先定准他们的年限和所住的疆界，

我曾指示，我曾拯救，我曾说明，并没有外族的神明在你们中间。你们是我的见证，我是上帝。这是耶和华说的。
