The Lord will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God.

耶和華的膀臂啊，興起！興起！以能力為衣穿上，像古時的年日、上古的世代興起一樣。從前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透大魚的，不是你嗎？

主啊，誰敢不敬畏你，不將榮耀歸與你的名呢？因為獨有你是聖的。萬民都要來在你面前敬拜，因你公義的作為已經顯出來了。

你們要向耶和華唱新歌！因為他行過奇妙的事；他的右手和聖臂施行救恩。耶和華發明了他的救恩，在列邦人眼前顯出公義；記念他向以色列家所發的慈愛，所憑的信實。地的四極都看見我們神的救恩。

凡有血氣的，都要見神的救恩！

因為主曾這樣吩咐我們說：我已經立你作外邦人的光，叫你施行救恩，直到地極。」

第七位天使吹號，天上就有大聲音說：世上的國成了我主和主基督的國；他要作王，直到永永遠遠。在神面前，坐在自己位上的二十四位長老，就面伏於地，敬拜神，說：昔在、今在的主神－全能者啊，我們感謝你！因你執掌大權作王了。

地的四極都要想念耶和華，並且歸順他；列國的萬族都要在你面前敬拜。

「我知道他們的行為和他們的意念。時候將到，我必將萬民萬族聚來，看見我的榮耀，我要顯神蹟在他們中間。逃脫的，我要差到列國去，就是到他施、普勒、拉弓的路德和土巴、雅完，並素來沒有聽見我名聲、沒有看見我榮耀遼遠的海島；他們必將我的榮耀傳揚在列國中。

那時，有虔誠的猶太人從天下各國來，住在耶路撒冷。這聲音一響，眾人都來聚集，各人聽見門徒用眾人的鄉談說話，就甚納悶；都驚訝希奇說：「看哪，這說話的不都是加利利人嗎？我們各人怎麼聽見他們說我們生來所用的鄉談呢？我們帕提亞人、米底亞人、以攔人，和住在美索不達米亞、猶太、加帕多家、本都、亞細亞、弗呂家、旁非利亞、埃及的人，並靠近古利奈的利比亞一帶地方的人，從羅馬來的客旅中，或是猶太人，或是進猶太教的人，克里特和阿拉伯人，都聽見他們用我們的鄉談，講說神的大作為。」

我又看見另有一位天使飛在空中，有永遠的福音要傳給住在地上的人，就是各國、各族、各方、各民。

現在他說：你作我的僕人，使雅各眾支派復興，使以色列中得保全的歸回尚為小事，我還要使你作外邦人的光，叫你施行我的救恩，直到地極。
