Depart, depart, go out from there! Touch no unclean thing! Come out from it and be pure, you who carry the articles of the Lord’s house.

You who carry the objects that belong to the Lord’ s temple, leave Babylon! Leave it! Get out of there! Don’t touch anything that isn’t pure and“ clean.” Come out of Babylon and be pure.

Depart, depart, go out from there; touch no unclean thing; go out from the midst of her; purify yourselves, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.

Get out! Get out and leave your captivity, where everything you touch is unclean. Get out of there and purify yourselves, you who carry home the sacred objects of the Lord.

Ho, ho, flee from the land of the north, saith Jehovah; for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, saith Jehovah.Ho Zion, escape, thou that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.

Go ye forth from Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans; with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth: say ye, Jehovah hath redeemed his servant Jacob.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come forth, my people, out of her, that ye have no fellowship with her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues:

Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and go forth out of the land of the Chaldeans, and be as the he- goats before the flocks.

And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.

as children of obedience, not fashioning yourselves according to your former lusts in the time of your ignorance:but like as he who called you is holy, be ye yourselves also holy in all manner of living;because it is written, Ye shall be holy; for I am holy.

Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and save every man his life; be not cut off in her iniquity: for it is the time of Jehovah’s vengeance; he will render unto her a recompense.

Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;

Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of Jehovah, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put in the house of his gods;even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.And this is the number of them: thirty platters of gold, a thousand platters of silver, nine and twenty knives,thirty bowls of gold, silver bowls of a second sort four hundred and ten, and other vessels a thousand.All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up, when they of the captivity were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.

I know, and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself: save that to him who accounteth anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

Beloved, I beseech you as sojourners and pilgrims, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

and weighed unto them the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, even the offering for the house of our God, which the king, and his counsellors, and his princes, and all Israel there present, had offered:I weighed into their hand six hundred and fifty talents of silver, and silver vessels a hundred talents; of gold a hundred talents;and twenty bowls of gold, of a thousand darics; and two vessels of fine bright brass, precious as gold.And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto Jehovah, and the vessels are holy; and the silver and the gold are a freewill- offering unto Jehovah, the God of your fathers.Watch ye, and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chiefs of the priests and the Levites, and the princes of the fathers’ houses of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of Jehovah.So the priests and the Levites received the weight of the silver and the gold, and the vessels, to bring them to Jerusalem unto the house of our God.

and he said unto them, Ye yourselves know how it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to join himself or come unto one of another nation; and yet unto me hath God showed that I should not call any man common or unclean:

and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them;

My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and save yourselves every man from the fierce anger of Jehovah.

Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by reason of a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean.Then answered Haggai and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith Jehovah; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean.

But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common and unclean.

Or if any one touch any unclean thing, whether it be the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it be hidden from him, and he be unclean, then he shall be guilty.Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever his uncleanness be wherewith he is unclean, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that Jehovah spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.

Every beast which parteth the hoof, and is not clovenfooted, nor cheweth the cud, is unclean unto you: every one that toucheth them shall be unclean.And whatsoever goeth upon its paws, among all beasts that go on all fours, they are unclean unto you: whoso toucheth their carcass shall be unclean until the even.

ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

For I am Jehovah that brought you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

to make a distinction between the unclean and the clean, and between the living thing that may be eaten and the living thing that may not be eaten.

And whosoever toucheth his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And he that sitteth on anything whereon he that hath the issue sat shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And he that toucheth the flesh of him that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And if he that hath the issue spit upon him that is clean, then he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And what saddle soever he that hath the issue rideth upon shall be unclean.And whosoever toucheth anything that was under him shall be unclean until the even: and he that beareth those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And whomsoever he that hath the issue toucheth, without having rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And the earthen vessel, which he that hath the issue toucheth, shall be broken; and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.And when he that hath an issue is cleansed of his issue, then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes; and he shall bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.And on the eighth day he shall take to him two turtle- doves, or two young pigeons, and come before Jehovah unto the door of the tent of meeting, and give them unto the priest:and the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin- offering, and the other for a burnt- offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him before Jehovah for his issue.And if any man’s seed of copulation go out from him, then he shall bathe all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even.And every garment, and every skin, whereon is the seed of copulation, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the even.The woman also with whom a man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be in her impurity seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even.And everything that she lieth upon in her impurity shall be unclean: everything also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean.And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And whosoever toucheth anything that she sitteth upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.And if it be on the bed, or on anything whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even.And if any man lie with her, and her impurity be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and every bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days not in the time of her impurity, or if she have an issue beyond the time of her impurity; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness she shall be as in the days of her impurity: she is unclean.Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her impurity: and everything whereon she sitteth shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her impurity.And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtle- doves, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tent of meeting.And the priest shall offer the one for a sin- offering, and the other for a burnt- offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her before Jehovah for the issue of her uncleanness.Thus shall ye separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is in the midst of them.This is the law of him that hath an issue, and of him whose seed of copulation goeth from him, so that he is unclean thereby;and of her that is sick with her impurity, and of him that hath an issue, of the man, and of the woman, and of him that lieth with her that is unclean.
