溪中光石、乃爾所得、為爾之業、為之灌奠、而獻素祭、爾既行此、我豈能不怒乎、

谷中光石、爾崇拜以為己分、爾奉事以為當然、亦為之灌奠獻祭、此事我豈能容忍、

The idols among the smooth stones of the ravines are your portion; indeed, they are your lot. Yes, to them you have poured out drink offerings and offered grain offerings. In view of all this, should I relent?

You have chosen some of the smooth stones in the valleys to be your gods. You have joined yourselves to them. You have even poured out drink offerings to them. You have given grain offerings to them. So why should I take pity on you?

Among the smooth stones of the valley is your portion; they, they, are your lot; to them you have poured out a drink offering, you have brought a grain offering. Shall I relent for these things?

Your gods are the smooth stones in the valleys. You worship them with liquid offerings and grain offerings. They, not I, are your inheritance. Do you think all this makes me happy?

Your portion is among the smooth stones of the wadi; indeed, they are your lot. You have even poured out a drink offering to them; you have offered a grain offering; should I be satisfied with these?

Among the smooth stones of the valley is thy portion; they, they are thy lot; even to them hast thou poured a drink- offering, thou hast offered an oblation. Shall I be appeased for these things?

Your portion is among the smooth stones of the wadi; indeed, they are your lot. You have even poured out a drink offering to them; you have offered a grain offering; should I be satisfied with these?

Among the smooth[ stones] of the stream[ is] thy portion; they, they[ are] thy lot: even to them hast thou poured a drink offering, thou hast offered a meat offering. Should I receive comfort in these?

Among the smooth stones of the stream are the idols you love; they, they are the object of your devotion. You pour out liquid offerings to them, you make an offering. Because of these things I will seek vengeance.

Among the smooth stones of the valley is your portion. They, they are your lot. You have even poured a drink offering to them. You have offered an offering. Shall I be appeased for these things?

因以色列轻忽了她的淫乱，与石头和木头行奸淫，她和这地就都污秽了。

孩子捡柴，父亲烧火，妇女揉面做饼，献给天后，又向别神献浇酒祭，惹我发怒。

祸哉！那对木头说“醒起”，对哑巴石头说“起来”的人！偶像岂能教导人呢？看哪，它以金银包裹，其中并无气息。

“你们，以色列家啊，主耶和华如此说：你们若不听从我，从今以后就让各人去事奉他的偶像吧，只是不可再以你们的供物和偶像亵渎我的圣名。

“至于那些宰牛，杀人，献羔羊，打断狗颈项，献猪血为供物，烧乳香，称颂偶像的，他们选择自己的道路，心里喜爱可憎恶的事；

我岂不因这些事向他们施行惩罚吗？像这样的国家，我岂能不报复呢？这是耶和华说的。”

攻城的迦勒底人必来放火焚烧这城和城里的房屋；人曾在这房顶上向巴力烧香，向别神献浇酒祭，惹我发怒。

我们定要照我们口中所说的一切话去做，向天后烧香，献浇酒祭，按着我们与我们祖先、君王、官长在犹大城镇和耶路撒冷街市上素常所做的一样；因为那时我们得以吃饱、享福乐，并未遇见灾祸。自从我们停止向天后烧香，献浇酒祭，我们倒缺乏这一切，又因刀剑饥荒灭绝。”妇女们说：“我们向天后烧香，献浇酒祭，做天后像的饼供奉它，向它献浇酒祭，难道我们的丈夫没有参与吗？”耶利米对这样回答他的男人和妇女说：“你们与你们祖先、君王、官长，以及这地的百姓，在犹大城镇和耶路撒冷街市上所烧的香，耶和华岂不记得，放在他心上吗？耶和华因你们所行的恶、所做可憎的事，不能再容忍，所以使你们的地荒凉，受惊骇诅咒，无人居住，正如今日一样。你们烧香，得罪耶和华，不听耶和华的话，不遵行他的律法、条例、法度，所以你们遭遇这灾祸，正如今日一样。”耶利米又对众百姓和妇女说：“所有在埃及地的犹大人哪，当听耶和华的话。万军之耶和华—以色列的上帝如此说：你们和你们的妻子口中说过、手里做到，说：‘我们定要向天后还愿，向它烧香，献浇酒祭。’现在你们尽管坚定所许的愿，去还愿吧！

他必说：‘他们的神明，他们所投靠的磐石，在哪里呢？吃了他们祭牲脂肪的，喝了他们浇酒祭之酒的，叫那些神明站出来帮助你们，作为你们的保障吧！

但你们这些离弃耶和华，就是忘记我的圣山、为‘幸运之神’摆设筵席、为‘命运之神’装满调和酒的，
