2 Samuel 5 6-2 Samuel 5 9
And the king and his men went to Jerusalem against the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land, who said to David,“ You will not come in here, but the blind and the lame will ward you off”— thinking,“ David cannot come in here.”Nevertheless, David took the stronghold of Zion, that is, the city of David. And David said on that day,“ Whoever would strike the Jebusites, let him get up the water shaft to attack‘ the lame and the blind,’ who are hated by David’s soul.” Therefore it is said,“ The blind and the lame shall not come into the house.”And David lived in the stronghold and called it the city of David. And David built the city all around from the Millo inward.

But the man would not spend the night. He rose up and departed and arrived opposite Jebus( that is, Jerusalem). He had with him a couple of saddled donkeys, and his concubine was with him. When they were near Jebus, the day was nearly over, and the servant said to his master,“ Come now, let us turn aside to this city of the Jebusites and spend the night in it.”And his master said to him,“ We will not turn aside into the city of foreigners, who do not belong to the people of Israel, but we will pass on to Gibeah.”

The lot of the tribe of the people of Benjamin according to its clans came up, and the territory allotted to it fell between the people of Judah and the people of Joseph. On the north side their boundary began at the Jordan.
