And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore are we turned again to thee now, that thou mayest go with us, and fight with the children of Ammon; and thou shalt be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

基列的长老对耶弗他说：“现在我们回到你这里，是要请你同我们去跟亚扪人打仗，作基列所有居民的领袖。”

基列的长老对耶弗他说：“现在我们回到你这里，是要请你同我们去跟亚扪人打仗，作基列所有居民的领袖。”

基列的众长老说：“现在我们是来请你跟我们一起回去抵抗亚扪人，你可以做所有基列人的首领。”

基列的长老对耶弗他说：“现在我们回到你这里来，是要你与我们一同回去，与亚扪人争战，你要作我们基列所有居民的首领。”

基列的長老回答耶弗他說：「現在我們到你這裏來，是要你同我們去，與亞捫人爭戰；你可以作基列一切居民的領袖。」

基列的長老對耶弗他說：「現在我們回到你這裏，是要請你同我們去跟亞捫人打仗，作基列所有居民的領袖。」

基列的長老對耶弗他說：「現在我們回到你這裏，是要請你同我們去跟亞捫人打仗，作基列所有居民的領袖。」

基列的眾長老說：「現在我們是來請你跟我們一起回去抵抗亞捫人，你可以做所有基列人的首領。」

基列的長老對耶弗他說：“現在我們回到你這裡來，是要你與我們一同回去，與亞捫人爭戰，你要作我們基列所有居民的首領。”

基列的長老對耶弗他說：『我們現在之所以又回來找你，是要你跟我們一同去，和亞捫人交戰，你就可以做我們的首領，做基列一切居民的首領啊。』

基列長老曰、我今就爾、請爾偕行、與亞捫人戰、為我基列民長、

基列長老曰、我今就爾、請爾偕行、以攻亞捫族、而為基列人長。

基列長老謂耶弗他曰、我今就爾、求爾與我偕行、以攻亞捫人、爾可為我基列居民之首、

The elders of Gilead said to him,“ Nevertheless, we are turning to you now; come with us to fight the Ammonites, and you will be head over all of us who live in Gilead.”

The elders of Gilead replied to him.“ You are right,” they said.“ That’s why we’re turning to you now. Come with us and fight against the Ammonites. Then you will rule over all of us who live in Gilead.”

And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah,“ That is why we have turned to you now, that you may go with us and fight against the Ammonites and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.”

“ Because we need you,” the elders replied.“ If you lead us in battle against the Ammonites, we will make you ruler over all the people of Gilead.”

They answered Jephthah,“ That’s true. But now we turn to you. Come with us, fight the Ammonites, and you will become leader of all the inhabitants of Gilead.”

The elders of Gilead said to Jephthah,“ For this reason we have now returned to you, that you may go with us and fight the sons of Ammon, and become our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.”

And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah,“ That is why we have turned again to you now, that you may go with us and fight against the people of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.”

They answered Jephthah,“ Since that’s true, we now turn to you. Come with us, fight the Ammonites, and you will become leader of all the inhabitants of Gilead.”

And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore we turn again to thee now, that thou mayest go with us, and fight against the children of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

The leaders of Gilead said to Jephthah,“ That may be true, but now we pledge to you our loyalty. Come with us and fight with the Ammonites. Then you will become the leader of all who live in Gilead.”

The elders of Gilead said to Jephthah,“ Therefore we have turned again to you now, that you may go with us and fight with the children of Ammon. You will be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.”

And the people, the princes of Gilead, said one to another, What man is he that will begin to fight against the children of Ammon? he shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother sin, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.And if he sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, Entreat Jehovah, that he take away the frogs from me, and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may sacrifice unto Jehovah.

And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to Jehovah your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: entreat for me.

Entreat Jehovah; for there hath been enough of these mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer.

And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Entreat now the favor of Jehovah thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God entreated Jehovah, and the king’s hand was restored him again, and became as it was before.

Now therefore forgive, I pray thee, my sin only this once, and entreat Jehovah your God, that he may take away from me this death only.
