第恐仇人使我忿懥、或作第恐仇人狂怒恐其敵人不認根由、恐敵自謂己手力大、謂此諸事非主所行、

居地之民、將欣喜歡樂、互相餽贈、蓋二先知曾困苦居地之民、

遂將非利士人、擊腰擊股、大肆殺戮、後、下居以坦磐之穴、

故向網獻祭、向罟焚香、因由此得分豐美、豐美原文作肥膩得食豐裕、

今求主我之天主、救我脫於亞述王手、使天下萬國、咸知主獨為天主、○

但因我曾在異邦人目前導之出、故我未行是、恐我名被異邦人褻慢、

竟向天上之主自高、使人將其殿之器皿、取至爾前、爾與爾大臣及妃嬪、以之飲酒、讚美金銀銅鐵木石所造諸神、彼不見不聞不知、惟掌爾生氣生氣或作呼吸及爾命運爾命運原文作爾諸道塗之天主、爾反不頌揚之、
