“ Lord, you are the God of Israel,” they cried.“ Why has this happened to Israel? Why is one tribe missing from Israel today?”

说：“耶和华以色列的神啊，为何以色列中有这样缺了一支派的事呢？”

说：“耶和华—以色列的上帝啊，为何以色列中会发生这样的事，使以色列今日缺了一个支派呢？”

说：“耶和华—以色列的神啊，为何以色列中会发生这样的事，使以色列今日缺了一个支派呢？”

他们说：“以色列的上帝耶和华啊，以色列为何少了一个支派呢？为何发生了这样的事呢？”

说：“耶和华以色列的神啊，今日以色列中缺少了一个支派，为什么在以色列中发生这事呢？”

說：「耶和華－以色列的神啊，為何以色列中有這樣缺了一支派的事呢？」

說：「耶和華－以色列的上帝啊，為何以色列中會發生這樣的事，使以色列今日缺了一個支派呢？」

說：「耶和華－以色列的神啊，為何以色列中會發生這樣的事，使以色列今日缺了一個支派呢？」

他們說：「以色列的上帝耶和華啊，以色列為何少了一個支派呢？為何發生了這樣的事呢？」

說：“耶和華以色列的神啊，今日以色列中缺少了一個支派，為甚麼在以色列中發生這事呢？”

說：『永恆主以色列的上帝啊，今日以色列中缺少了一個族派，為甚麼在以色列中有這樣的事呢？』

以色列之上帝耶和華歟、今日以色列中缺一支派、何為有此事乎、

曰、以色列族之上帝耶和華與、焉有此事、以色列族中之支派、今日幾絕其一。

主以色列天主歟、今以色列人缺一支派、緣何使以色列人遇此、

“ Lord, God of Israel,” they cried,“ why has this happened to Israel? Why should one tribe be missing from Israel today?”

And they said,“ O Lord, the God of Israel, why has this happened in Israel, that today there should be one tribe lacking in Israel?”

“ O Lord, God of Israel,” they cried out,“ why has this happened in Israel? Now one of our tribes is missing from Israel!”

and cried out,“ Why, LORD God of Israel, has it occurred that one tribe is missing in Israel today?”

And they said,“ Why, Lord, God of Israel, has this happened in Israel, that one tribe is missing today from Israel?”

and said,“ O Lord God of Israel, why has this come to pass in Israel, that today there should be one tribe missing in Israel?”

And they said, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, why is this come to pass in Israel, that there should be to- day one tribe lacking in Israel?

and cried out,“ Why, Lord God of Israel, has it occurred that one tribe is missing in Israel today?”

And said, O LORD God of Israel, why is this come to pass in Israel, that there should be to day one tribe lacking in Israel?

They said,“ Why, O LORD God of Israel, has this happened in Israel?” An entire tribe has disappeared from Israel today!”

They said,“ Yahweh, the God of Israel, why has this happened in Israel, that there should be one tribe lacking in Israel today?”

Why have you broken down the walls around your vine? Now all who pass by it can pick its grapes.

God, why have you turned your back on us for so long? Why are you so angry with us? We are your very own sheep.

All the nations will ask,“ Why has the Lord done this to the land? What could have made him so very angry?”

Joshua said,“ Lord and King, why did you ever bring these people across the Jordan River? Did you want to hand us over to the Amorites? Did you want them to destroy us? I wish we had been content to stay on the other side of the Jordan!Lord, our enemies have driven us away. What can I say?The Canaanites will hear about it. So will everyone else in the country. They will surround us. They’ll erase any mention of our name from the face of the earth. Then what will you do when people don’t honor your great name anymore?”

A person’s own foolish acts destroy their life. But their heart is angry with the Lord.

Lord, when I bring a matter to you, you always do what is right. But now I would like to speak with you about whether you are being fair. Why are sinful people successful? Why do those who can’t be trusted have an easy life?

Lord, why do you let us wander away from you? Why do you let us become so stubborn that we don’t respect you? Come back and help us. We are the tribes that belong to you.
