非利士人的五个首领看见，当日就回以革伦去了。非利士人献给耶和华作赔罪的金痔疮像，就是这些：一个是为亚实突，一个是为迦萨，一个是为亚实基伦，一个是为迦特，一个是为以革伦。

以法莲山地的拉玛琐非有一个以法莲人，名叫以利加拿，是苏弗的玄孙，托户的曾孙，以利户的孙子，耶罗罕的儿子。

他们有事的时候就到我这里来，我便在两造之间施行审判；我又叫他们知道神的律例和法度。”

第二天，摩西坐着审判百姓，百姓从早到晚都站在摩西的左右。

又从伯特利到路斯，接连到亚基人的境界，至亚他绿；

现在你要听我的话。我为你出个主意，愿神与你同在。你要替百姓到神面前，将案件奏告神；

次日清早，他们起来，在耶和华面前敬拜，就回拉玛。到了家里，以利加拿和妻哈拿同房，耶和华顾念哈拿，

又有基遍、拉玛、比录、

亚拉巴、洗玛脸、伯特利、

撒母耳死了，以色列众人聚集，为他哀哭，将他葬在拉玛，他自己的坟墓里。大卫起身，下到巴兰的旷野。

押沙龙常常早晨起来，站在城门的道旁，凡有争讼要去求王判断的，押沙龙就叫他过来，问他说：“你是哪一城的人？”回答说：“仆人是以色列某支派的人。”押沙龙对他说：“你的事有情有理，无奈王没有委人听你伸诉。”押沙龙又说：“恨不得我作国中的士师！凡有争讼求审判的到我这里来，我必秉公判断。”若有人近前来要拜押沙龙，押沙龙就伸手拉住他，与他亲嘴。以色列人中，凡去见王求判断的，押沙龙都是如此待他们。这样，押沙龙暗中得了以色列人的心。

耶和华如此说：“在拉玛听见号啕痛哭的声音，是拉结哭她儿女，不肯受安慰，因为他们都不在了。”
