Gideon said to God,“ Please do not get angry at me, when I ask for just one more sign. Please allow me one more test with the fleece. This time make only the fleece dry, while the ground around it is covered with dew.”

基甸又对神说：“求你不要向我发怒，我再说这一次：让我将羊毛再试一次。但愿羊毛是干的，别的地方都有露水。”

基甸又对上帝说：“求你不要向我发怒，我再说一次，让我用羊毛再试一次，但愿羊毛是干的，遍地都有露水。”

基甸又对神说：“求你不要向我发怒，我再说一次，让我用羊毛再试一次，但愿羊毛是干的，遍地都有露水。”

基甸又对上帝说：“求你不要发怒，容许我再试一次，这次让羊毛是干的，地面有露水。”

基甸又对神说：“求你不要向我发怒，我要再说这一次；求你让我把羊毛再试一试，但愿单单羊毛是干的，而全地都有露水。”

基甸又對神說：「求你不要向我發怒，我再說這一次：讓我將羊毛再試一次。但願羊毛是乾的，別的地方都有露水。」

基甸又對上帝說：「求你不要向我發怒，我再說一次，讓我用羊毛再試一次，但願羊毛是乾的，遍地都有露水。」

基甸又對神說：「求你不要向我發怒，我再說一次，讓我用羊毛再試一次，但願羊毛是乾的，遍地都有露水。」

基甸又對上帝說：「求你不要發怒，容許我再試一次，這次讓羊毛是乾的，地面有露水。」

基甸又對神說：“求你不要向我發怒，我要再說這一次；求你讓我把羊毛再試一試，但願單單羊毛是乾的，而全地都有露水。”

基甸又對上帝說：『請不要向我發怒；我就只要對你再說一次，就只這一次；請讓我再把羊毛試試：但願單單羊毛是乾的，而遍地都有露水。』

基甸又謂上帝曰、祈勿我怒、我復進一辭而後已、容再一次試之以毛、我欲羊毛乾燥、而土壤皆霑露、

其田求上帝曰、毋震怒、我敢復進一辭而後已、請再試之、我欲羊毛無露、而四周之土有露。

基甸又禱主曰、求主莫向我震怒、我敢復進一言、再以羊毛試之、願羊毛獨乾、四圍之土悉有露、

Then Gideon said to God,“ Do not be angry with me. Let me make just one more request. Allow me one more test with the fleece, but this time make the fleece dry and let the ground be covered with dew.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Don’t be angry with me. Let me ask you for just one more thing. Let me use the wool for one more test. But this time make the wool dry. And let the ground be covered with dew.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Let not your anger burn against me; let me speak just once more. Please let me test just once more with the fleece. Please let it be dry on the fleece only, and on all the ground let there be dew.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Please don’t be angry with me, but let me make one more request. Let me use the fleece for one more test. This time let the fleece remain dry while the ground around it is wet with dew.”

Gideon then said to God,“ Don’t be angry with me; let me speak one more time. Please allow me to make one more test with the fleece. Let it remain dry, and the dew be all over the ground.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Do not let Your anger burn against me, so that I may speak only one more time; please let me put You to the test only one more time with the fleece: let it now be dry only on the fleece, and let there be dew on all the ground.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Do not be angry with me, but let me speak just once more: Let me test, I pray, just once more with the fleece; let it now be dry only on the fleece, but on all the ground let there be dew.”

And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be kindled against me, and I will speak but this once: let me make trial, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew.

Gideon then said to God,“ Don’t be angry with me; let me speak one more time. Please allow me to make one more test with the fleece. Let it remain dry, and the dew be all over the ground.”

And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew.

Gideon said to God,“ Don’t let your anger be kindled against me, and I will speak but this once. Please let me make a trial just this once with the fleece. Let it now be dry only on the fleece, and on all the ground let there be dew.”

Finally Abraham said,“ May the Lord not be angry so that I may speak just once more. What if ten are found there?” He replied,“ I will not destroy it for the sake of the ten.”

He turned streams into a desert, springs of water into arid land,and a fruitful land into a barren place, because of the sin of its inhabitants.As for his people, he turned a desert into a pool of water, and a dry land into springs of water.

Why does no one challenge me when I come? Why does no one respond when I call? Is my hand too weak to deliver you? Do I lack the power to rescue you? Look, with a mere shout I can dry up the sea; I can turn streams into a desert, so the fish rot away and die from lack of water.

For this reason I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.

“ Therefore be advised that this salvation from God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen!”

Now if their transgression means riches for the world and their defeat means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full restoration bring?Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Seeing that I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry,if somehow I could provoke my people to jealousy and save some of them.For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?If the first portion of the dough offered is holy, then the whole batch is holy, and if the root is holy, so too are the branches.Now if some of the branches were broken off, and you, a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among them and participated in the richness of the olive root,do not boast over the branches. But if you boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you.Then you will say,“ The branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.”Granted! They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but fear!For if God did not spare the natural branches, perhaps he will not spare you.Notice therefore the kindness and harshness of God– harshness toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness toward you, provided you continue in his kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off.

Both Paul and Barnabas replied courageously,“ It was necessary to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles.

but the sons of the kingdom will be thrown out into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Then the lame will leap like a deer, the mute tongue will shout for joy; for water will flow in the desert, streams in the wilderness.The dry soil will become a pool of water, the parched ground springs of water. Where jackals once lived and sprawled out, grass, reeds, and papyrus will grow.

“ Look, I am about to do something new. Now it begins to happen! Do you not recognize it? Yes, I will make a road in the desert and paths in the wilderness.The wild animals of the desert honor me, the jackals and ostriches, because I put water in the desert and streams in the wilderness, to quench the thirst of my chosen people,

Then he said to me,‘ Go, because I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”
