要是这百姓归我领导就好了！我会除掉亚比米勒，我会挑战他召集全军来战。”

但愿这些人民都归在我手下，我好把亚比米勒除掉。”迦勒又对亚比米勒说：“增添你的军队出来吧！”

巴不得這人民都交在我手中才好呢！我就把亞比米勒除掉。我倒要對亞比米勒說：加多你的軍隊出來吧！』

願斯民歸我掌握、我必除亞比米勒、又告亞比米勒曰、增益爾軍而出、

願斯民歸我掌握、我必除亞庇米力。又告亞庇米力曰、當益爾軍而出。

願斯民歸我掌握、我必除亞比米勒、又告亞比米勒曰、當增爾軍而出、

If only this people were under my command! Then I would get rid of him. I would say to Abimelek,‘ Call out your whole army!’”
