When Jotham was told about this, he climbed up on the top of Mount Gerizim and shouted to them,“ Listen to me, citizens of Shechem, so that God may listen to you.

Jotham was told about it. So he climbed up on top of Mount Gerizim. He shouted down to them,“ Citizens of Shechem! Listen to me! Then God will listen to you.

When it was told to Jotham, he went and stood on top of Mount Gerizim and cried aloud and said to them,“ Listen to me, you leaders of Shechem, that God may listen to you.

When Jotham heard about this, he climbed to the top of Mount Gerizim and shouted,“ Listen to me, citizens of Shechem! Listen to me if you want God to listen to you!

When they told Jotham, he climbed to the top of Mount Gerizim, raised his voice, and called to them: Listen to me, citizens of Shechem, and may God listen to you:

Now when they told Jotham, he went and stood on the top of Mount Gerizim, and raised his voice and called out. And he said to them,“ Listen to me, you leaders of Shechem, that God may listen to you.

And when they told[ it] to Jotham, he went and stood in the top of mount Gerizim, and lifted up his voice, and cried, and said unto them, Hearken unto me, ye men of Shechem, that God may hearken unto you.

When Jotham heard the news, he went and stood on the top of Mount Gerizim. He spoke loudly to the people below,“ Listen to me, leaders of Shechem, so that God may listen to you!

When they told it to Jotham, he went and stood on the top of Mount Gerizim and lifted up his voice, cried out, and said to them,“ Listen to me, you men of Shechem, that God may listen to you.

及至耶和华你的神领你进入要去得为业的那地，你就要将祝福的话陈明在基利心山上，将咒诅的话陈明在以巴路山上。

“你们过了约旦河，西缅、利未、犹大、以萨迦、约瑟、便雅悯六个支派的人都要站在基利心山上为百姓祝福。

我们的祖宗在这山上礼拜，你们倒说，应当礼拜的地方是在耶路撒冷。”

以色列众人，无论是本地人、是寄居的，和长老、官长，并审判官，都站在约柜两旁，在抬耶和华约柜的祭司利未人面前，一半对着基利心山，一半对着以巴路山，为以色列民祝福，正如耶和华仆人摩西先前所吩咐的。

“我所拣选的禁食不是要松开凶恶的绳，解下轭上的索，使被欺压的得自由，折断一切的轭吗？不是要把你的饼分给饥饿的人，将飘流的穷人接到你家中，见赤身的给他衣服遮体，顾恤自己的骨肉而不掩藏吗？这样，你的光就必发现如早晨的光；你所得的医治要速速发明。你的公义必在你前面行；耶和华的荣光必作你的后盾。那时你求告，耶和华必应允；你呼求，他必说：我在这里。“你若从你中间除掉重轭和指摘人的指头，并发恶言的事，你心若向饥饿的人发怜悯，使困苦的人得满足，你的光就必在黑暗中发现；你的幽暗必变如正午。

并要在患难之日求告我；我必搭救你，你也要荣耀我。”但神对恶人说：“你怎敢传说我的律例，口中提到我的约呢？其实你恨恶管教，将我的言语丢在背后。你见了盗贼就乐意与他同伙，又与行奸淫的人一同有份。你口任说恶言；你舌编造诡诈。你坐着毁谤你的兄弟，谗毁你亲母的儿子。你行了这些事，我还闭口不言，你想我恰和你一样；其实我要责备你，将这些事摆在你眼前。

因为那不怜悯人的，也要受无怜悯的审判；怜悯原是向审判夸胜。

那仆人就俯伏拜他，说：‘主啊，宽容我，将来我都要还清。’那仆人的主人就动了慈心，把他释放了，并且免了他的债。“那仆人出来，遇见他的一个同伴欠他十两银子，便揪着他，掐住他的喉咙，说：‘你把所欠的还我！’他的同伴就俯伏央求他，说：‘宽容我吧，将来我必还清。’他不肯，竟去把他下在监里，等他还了所欠的债。众同伴看见他所做的事就甚忧愁，去把这事都告诉了主人。于是主人叫了他来，对他说：‘你这恶奴才！你央求我，我就把你所欠的都免了，你不应当怜恤你的同伴，像我怜恤你吗？’主人就大怒，把他交给掌刑的，等他还清了所欠的债。

那时，你们必呼求我，我却不答应，恳切地寻找我，却寻不见。因为，你们恨恶知识，不喜爱敬畏耶和华，

转耳不听律法的，他的祈祷也为可憎。

塞耳不听穷人哀求的，他将来呼吁也不蒙应允。

你们举手祷告，我必遮眼不看；就是你们多多地祈祷，我也不听。你们的手都满了杀人的血。

你又使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑，叫我能以剪除那恨我的人。他们呼求，却无人拯救；就是呼求耶和华，他也不应允。
