When Jotham was told about this, he climbed up on the top of Mount Gerizim and shouted to them,“ Listen to me, citizens of Shechem, so that God may listen to you.

Jotham was told about it. So he climbed up on top of Mount Gerizim. He shouted down to them,“ Citizens of Shechem! Listen to me! Then God will listen to you.

When it was told to Jotham, he went and stood on top of Mount Gerizim and cried aloud and said to them,“ Listen to me, you leaders of Shechem, that God may listen to you.

When Jotham heard about this, he climbed to the top of Mount Gerizim and shouted,“ Listen to me, citizens of Shechem! Listen to me if you want God to listen to you!

When they told Jotham, he climbed to the top of Mount Gerizim, raised his voice, and called to them: Listen to me, citizens of Shechem, and may God listen to you:

既至爾上帝耶和華導入為業之地、當以祝詞宣於基利心山、以詛詞宣於以巴路山、

既濟約但、西緬、利未、猶大、以薩迦、約瑟、便雅憫諸支派、當立於基利心山、為民祝嘏、

我所選之禁食、豈非釋凶惡之索、解人之負、縱受屈者自逸、而折諸軛乎、豈非頒食於飢者、導流離之貧民、寓於爾室、見裸者而衣之、不掩面於骨肉乎、若此、爾之輝光、必著若朝暉、爾之得醫、將速見其效、爾之公義、顯於爾前、我耶和華之榮光、衛於爾後、爾祈禱、耶和華必應、爾籲呼、必曰我在斯、爾若去人之軛、不指摘、不妄言、施仁慈於飢人、滿困苦者之欲、爾之輝光、必見於暗、爾之晦冥、必若日中之明、

患難之日、爾當籲我、我必援爾、爾亦榮我兮、○上帝語惡人曰、爾奚稱道我律、口言我約、實則厭我訓誨、委我言於後兮、見盜者則樂附之、淫者則與共兮、爾口惡言是騁、爾舌詭詐是造兮、坐則謗爾昆弟、讒爾同胞兮、此爾所行、而我緘默、遂意我與爾同、其實我必責爾、列斯事於爾前兮、

蓋未施矜恤者、其受鞫亦不獲矜恤、夫矜恤也、必勝乎鞫、○

僕伏而拜曰、主、寬我、我將盡償、主憐而釋之、免其債、僕出、遇同儕負其十金、執之、扼其吭曰、爾所負者償之、同儕伏而求曰、寬我、我將償爾、弗許、下之獄、俟償所負、諸同儕見之憂甚、以其所行赴愬於主、主召之曰、惡哉僕也、爾所負者求我、則盡免之、不當矜恤同儕、猶我矜恤爾乎、主怒、付之皂隸、俟盡償所負、

斯時呼籲我、我弗應、切尋我、而弗得、因其憎惡知識、不喜寅畏耶和華、

轉耳不聽法律者、即其祈禱、亦為可憎、

貧者呼籲、塞耳弗聞、則己呼籲、亦莫之聽、

爾舉手、我則掩目、爾多禱、我不俯聽、爾手盈以血也、

使我諸敵背我而馳、致我翦滅憾我者兮、彼呼號而無援、籲耶和華亦弗應兮、
