我之痛苦、奚久不已、我之創傷、何為不瘳、爾之於我、果如無常之溪、無水之井乎、○

予創傷未痊、殘缺未醫、曷故。爾之待我、若泉之忽竭、使人絕望、曷故。

Why is my pain unending and my wound grievous and incurable? You are to me like a deceptive brook, like a spring that fails.

Why does my pain never end? Why is my wound so deep? Why can’t I ever get well? To me you are like a stream that runs dry. You are like a spring that doesn’t have any water.

Why is my pain unceasing, my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will you be to me like a deceitful brook, like waters that fail?

Why then does my suffering continue? Why is my wound so incurable? Your help seems as uncertain as a seasonal brook, like a spring that has gone dry.”

爾雖受傷損、痛苦難堪、豈可鳴冤、爾愆尤甚多、罪惡加增、故我待爾若是、

蓋撒瑪利亞之傷甚重、延及猶大、延及我民之邑門、延及耶路撒冷、

我焉能誑言自謂不義、然我雖無辜、仍受苦難堪云、

先知禱曰、主歟、主諄諄命我、我不得不從、主強於我而勝我、我終日為人所嬉笑、人皆侮慢我、

主如是云、爾患處甚危、創傷未痊、

長者遣少者汲水、至井不得水、提其空器、慚愧慚愧或作惶恐下同蒙首而歸、

我今日使爾在通國、在猶大王公祭司庶民前、若鞏固之城、若鐵柱銅垣、彼雖攻爾、必不能勝、蓋我護祐爾、拯救爾、此乃主所言、

主豈盡棄猶大乎、主心豈厭惡郇乎、何為擊我、使不能醫治、我望平康而反遭災禍、望得痊愈而反遇驚惶、

我心甚恐懼、主歟、如此將至何時、

我友友原文作兄弟失誠、如溪之竭水、如澗之流而即涸、溪水凝冰、雪藏其中、或作溪水因冰而渾濁雪藏其中化時或作水一流出則涸、日暴則竭矣、結伴之旅人、為之離道、行於荒野而亡、提瑪之旅人遙望之、示巴之群侶亦羨慕之、不得所望則慚愧、慚愧或作驚駭至其地不見有水則羞恥、羞恥或作喪膽

主怒加責、使遭艱苦者、其人即我、主導我入幽暗、無光明之處、屢加責於我、終日不息、或作主責我又責終日不息毀我肌膚、折我骨骸、使我嘗艱苦、遇患難、不得解脫、如建築墻垣於我四周、置我於暗地、與久死之人無異、藩籬四周、使我不出、以重銅索繫我、我雖籲呼懇求、使我祈禱不得上達、以石塞我道、使我行於曲徑、主向我若熊陰伺、若獅潛伏、使我失迷道途、損傷我身、使我動人驚異、使我動人驚異或作使我蕭條張弓發矢、以我為的、以矢囊之矢、射入我腰、我民姍笑我、終日詠歌譏刺我、主以苦物飽我、以茵蔯醉我、以礫折我齒、以灰蒙我身、使我遠離平康、遺忘福祉、我曰、我力已盡、我力已盡或作我已失望我無所希望於主、

主不記念我、將至何時、至永遠乎、主掩面不顧我、將至何時、我心中籌畫、終日憂慮、將至何時、我仇敵自高欺壓我、將至何時、求主我之天主垂顧我、應允我、使我目光明、以免我沈睡至死、
