Therefore, this is what the Lord says:“ If you return, then I will restore you— You will stand before Me; And if you extract the precious from the worthless, You will become My spokesman. They, for their part, may turn to you, But as for you, you are not to turn to them.

耶和华如此说：“你若归回，我就将你再带来，使你站在我面前；你若将宝贵的和下贱的分别出来，你就可以当作我的口。他们必归向你，你却不可归向他们。

Therefore this is what the Lord says:“ If you repent, I will restore you that you may serve me; if you utter worthy, not worthless, words, you will be my spokesman. Let this people turn to you, but you must not turn to them.

So the Lord says to Jeremiah,“ If you turn away from your sins, I will heal you. And then you will be able to serve me. Speak words that are worthy, not worthless. Then you will be speaking for me. Let these people turn to you. But you must not turn to them.

Therefore thus says the Lord:“ If you return, I will restore you, and you shall stand before me. If you utter what is precious, and not what is worthless, you shall be as my mouth. They shall turn to you, but you shall not turn to them.

This is how the Lord responds:“ If you return to me, I will restore you so you can continue to serve me. If you speak good words rather than worthless ones, you will be my spokesman. You must influence them; do not let them influence you!

Therefore, this is what the LORD says: If you return, I will take you back; you will stand in my presence. And if you speak noble words, rather than worthless ones, you will be my spokesman. It is they who must return to you; you must not return to them.

Therefore thus says the Lord:“ If you return, Then I will bring you back; You shall stand before Me; If you take out the precious from the vile, You shall be as My mouth. Let them return to you, But you must not return to them.

Therefore thus saith Jehovah, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, that thou mayest stand before me; and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: they shall return unto thee, but thou shalt not return unto them.

Because of this, the LORD said,“ You must repent of such words and thoughts! If you do, I will restore you to the privilege of serving me. If you say what is worthwhile instead of what is worthless, I will again allow you to be my spokesman. They must become as you have been. You must not become like them.

Therefore Yahweh says,“ If you return, then I will bring you again, that you may stand before me; and if you take out the precious from the vile, you will be as my mouth. They will return to you, but you will not return to them.

“ The Lord of armies says this:‘ If you walk in My ways and perform My service, then you will both govern My house and be in charge of My courtyards, and I will grant you free access among these who are standing here.

Moreover, they shall teach My people the difference between the holy and the common, and teach them to distinguish between the unclean and the clean.

Her priests have done violence to My Law and have profaned My holy things; they have made no distinction between the holy and the common, and they have not taught the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they have closed their eyes from My Sabbaths, and I am defiled among them.

and to make a distinction between the holy and the profane, and between the unclean and the clean,

But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to distinguish between good and evil.

Now to Him who is able to protect you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory, blameless with great joy,

for I will provide you eloquence and wisdom which none of your adversaries will be able to oppose or refute.

For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God.

“ The one who listens to you listens to Me, and the one who rejects you rejects Me; but the one who rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me.”

For am I now seeking the favor of people, or of God? Or am I striving to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a bond servant of Christ.

So you are to speak to him and put the words in his mouth; and I Myself will be with your mouth and his mouth, and I will instruct you in what you are to do.He shall speak for you to the people; and he will be as a mouth for you and you will be as God to him.

But you shall speak My words to them whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.

Now then go, and I Myself will be with your mouth, and instruct you in what you are to say.”

Then the Lord said to me,“ Even if Moses and Samuel were to stand before Me, My heart would not be with this people. Send them away from My presence and have them go!

But Jeremiah said,“ They will not turn you over. Please obey the Lord in what I am saying to you, so that it may go well for you and you may live.But if you keep refusing to surrender, this is the word which the Lord has shown me:

for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”

But if I say,“ I will not remember Him Nor speak anymore in His name,” Then in my heart it becomes like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; And I am tired of holding it in, And I cannot endure it.

The angel answered and said to him,“ I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.

Do you see a person skilled in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before obscure people.

But stay alert at all times, praying that you will have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Moreover, He said to me,“ Son of man, take into your heart all My words which I will speak to you and listen closely.Go to the exiles, to the sons of your people, and speak to them and tell them, whether they listen or not,‘ This is what the Lord God says.’ ”

Now Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the settlers of Gilead, said to Ahab,“ As the Lord, the God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall certainly be neither dew nor rain during these years, except by my word.”

that the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ I am the Lord; say to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say to you.”But Moses said before the Lord,“ Behold, I am unskilled in speech; how then will Pharaoh listen to me?”

But we did not yield in subjection to them, even for an hour, so that the truth of the gospel would remain with you.

Woe to me, my mother, that you have given birth to me As a man of strife and a man of contention to all the land! I have not lent, nor have people lent money to me, Yet everyone curses me.The Lord said,“ I will certainly set you free for purposes of good; I will certainly make the enemy plead with you In a time of disaster and a time of distress.“ Can anyone smash iron, Iron from the north, or bronze?I will give your wealth and your treasures As plunder without cost, For all your sins And within all your borders.Then I will make your enemies bring your possessions Into a land that you do not know; For a fire has been kindled in My anger, And it will burn upon you.”You know, Lord; Remember me, take notice of me, And take vengeance for me on my persecutors. Do not, in view of Your patience, take me away; Know that for Your sake I endure reproach.Your words were found and I ate them, And Your words became a joy to me and the delight of my heart; For I have been called by Your name, Lord God of armies.I did not sit in a circle of revelers and celebrate. Because of Your hand upon me I sat alone, For You filled me with indignation.Why has my pain been endless And my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will You indeed be to me like a deceptive stream With water that is unreliable?

Therefore from now on we recognize no one by the flesh; even though we have known Christ by the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer.

“ Arise, go to Nineveh, the great city, and proclaim to it the proclamation which I am going to tell you.”

No longer will the fool be called noble, Or the rogue be spoken of as generous.For a fool speaks nonsense, And his heart inclines toward wickedness: To practice ungodliness and to speak error against the Lord, To keep the hungry person unsatisfied And to withhold drink from the thirsty.
