我是靠近你們的神，不是遙遠的神，不是嗎？這是耶和華說的。

耶和华说：“我岂为近处的神呢？不也为远处的神吗？”

我是靠近你们的上帝，不是遥远的上帝，不是吗？这是耶和华说的。

我是靠近你们的神，不是遥远的神，不是吗？这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说：“我是无处不在的上帝。”

难道我只是近处的神吗？不也是远处的神吗？”这是耶和华的宣告。

耶和華說：「我豈為近處的神呢？不也為遠處的神嗎？」

我是靠近你們的上帝，不是遙遠的上帝，不是嗎？這是耶和華說的。

耶和華說：「我是無處不在的上帝。」

難道我只是近處的神嗎？不也是遠處的神嗎？”這是耶和華的宣告。

永恆主發神諭說：『我，難道我只是近處的上帝？不也是遠處的上帝麼？

耶和華曰、我為上帝、豈知近而不知遠乎、

耶和華又曰、我為上帝、無間遐邇。

主曰、我為天主、豈獨鑒察近事乎、不亦鑒察遠事乎、

“ Am I only a God nearby,” declares the Lord,“ and not a God far away?

“ Am I only a God who is nearby?” announces the Lord.“ Am I not a God who is also far away?

“ Am I a God at hand, declares the Lord, and not a God far away?

Am I a God who is only close at hand?” says the Lord.“ No, I am far away at the same time.

“ Am I a God who is only near”— this is the LORD’s declaration—“ and not a God who is far away?

“ Am I a God who is near,” declares the Lord,“ And not a God far off?

“ Am I a God near at hand,” says the Lord,“ And not a God afar off?

Am I a God at hand, saith Jehovah, and not a God afar off?

“ Am I a God who is only near”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ and not a God who is far away?

[ Am] I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?

Do you people think that I am some local deity and not the transcendent God?” the LORD asks.

“ Am I a God at hand,” says Yahweh,“ and not a God afar off?

耶和華啊，你已經鑒察我，認識我。我坐下，我起來，你都曉得；你從遠處知道我的意念。我行路，我躺臥，你都細察；你也深知我一切所行的。耶和華啊，我舌頭上的話，你沒有一句不知道的。你前後環繞我，按手在我身上。這樣的知識奇妙，是我不能測的；至高，是我不能及的。我往哪裏去，躲避你的靈？我往哪裏逃，躲避你的面？我若升到天上，你在那裏；我若躺在陰間，你也在那裏。我若展開清晨的翅膀，飛到海極居住，就是在那裏，你的手必引導我，你的右手也必扶持我。

亞蘭王的臣僕對他說：「他們的神是山神，所以他們勝過我們。但在平原與他們打仗，我們一定勝過他們。

約拿卻起身，逃往他施去躲避耶和華。他下到約帕，遇見一條船要往他施去。約拿付了船費，就上船，與船上的人同往他施，為要躲避耶和華。耶和華在海上颳起大風，海就狂風大作，船幾乎破裂。

「你們說：『我們要像列國和列邦的宗族一樣，去事奉木頭與石頭。』你們所起的心意萬不能成就。」「主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，我要作王，用大能的手和伸出的膀臂，並傾倒出來的憤怒治理你們。我必用大能的手和伸出的膀臂，並傾倒出來的憤怒，把你們從萬民中領出來，從被趕散到的列邦聚集你們。我必帶你們到萬民的曠野，在那裏當面審判你們。

誰像耶和華－我們的神呢？他坐在至高之處，

有神人靠近，對以色列王說：「耶和華如此說：『亞蘭人既說我－耶和華是山神，不是平原之神，我必將這一大羣人全都交在你手中，你們就知道我是耶和華。』」
