I will take delight in them to do what is good for them, and with all My heart and mind I will faithfully plant them in this land.

After I have uprooted them, I will once again have compassion on them and return each one to his inheritance and to his land.

I am about to gather them from all the lands where I have banished them in My anger, rage and great wrath, and I will return them to this place and make them live in safety.

because the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are open to their request. But the face of the Lord is against those who do what is evil.

See, I have appointed you today over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and demolish, to build and plant.

It is a land the Lord your God cares for. He is always watching over it from the beginning to the end of the year.

Remember me favorably, my God, for all that I have done for this people.

At one moment I might announce concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will uproot, tear down, and destroy it.However, if that nation I have made an announcement about turns from its evil, I will relent concerning the disaster I had planned to do to it.At another time I announce that I will build and plant a nation or a kingdom.

For I have turned against this city to bring disaster and not good’”— this is the Lord’s declaration.“‘ It will be handed over to the king of Babylon, who will burn it down.’

“ Son of man, your own relatives, those who have the right to redeem you, and the entire house of Israel, all of them, are those that the residents of Jerusalem have said this to,‘ Stay away from the Lord; this land has been given to us as a possession.’“ Therefore say: This is what the Lord God says: Though I sent them far away among the nations and scattered them among the countries, yet for a little while I have been a sanctuary for them in the countries where they have gone.“ Therefore say: This is what the Lord God says: I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.
